Entire stay was awesome. We were unable to visit city palace at Jaipur due to some local festival. It would be great if the travel agency have such information and inform tourists in advance so that we can plan our day itenary accordingly. Rest all is good

Hotel Stay in Jaipur 'The Lighthouse' was pleasant, but could have been better. Everything was good, it is just that this hotel is situated at a quite distance from the city, so it takes a lot of travel time to and fro during the day. Suggestion is to provide nearby hotels for e.g. Hotel Amayra. Hotel stay in Udaipur 'Amantra Comfort' was excellent, much more better than expected. 5 star ratings for the hotel, service, breakfast and the humble staff. Cab and Driver 'Mr. Chandan Sharma' - I have never came across a driver who is so professional, skilled and knowledgeable about the city and all the whereabouts. Guided us in a planned way so that we could save time, money while shopping and also we were able to explore all the places without skipping any of those. Completely trustworthy and confident. Our travel Agent 'Preeti' is a gem of a person. She is friendly, do not bothers or disturbs much, but ensures we are not facing any issues or problems during our stay. Customized the package to whatever we have asked her for in an affordable budget with the best qualities she could provide. Genuinely a smooth process without any single hiccup. Overall an outstanding trip, it was a blissful experience being in Jaipur and Udaipur. Thank you, Preeti and team, you rock!!!

Tripwala from Travel Triangle did great job in organising trip to Rajasthan. They planned trip so well and Hotels provided to stay were also too good. Trip quotation they made it really friendly. We all enjoyed our days in Rajasthan. Looking forward more trips to be organised by them. Experience at Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer (desert adventures games) were too good.

Hotel Kanerbagh in Udaipur is very good. Food is bit costly in the hotel. But because of the location, there were multiple options for food. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli in Jodhpur is not good. Location is very unhygienic. It is only good from the outside. Bathroom is small, taps were leaking. Food is worst. My son ordered a chocolate pan cake and to our surprise we got a wafer thin dosa made from maida and covered with chocolate syrup. These guys don't even know how to make a pancake but had it in their menu. We later ordered aloo paratha which was also not good. Driver of the cab was polite and good. He took us to most of the places patiently. One thing to improve is to guide the tourists on how to cover the places without wasting time. The Getaway Holidays person was available throughout and responded to our queries.

The only pros were good driver and well maintained cab . Hotel was highly priced ...rooms not commensurate to the claim made by travel agent. I was told it was a superior suite, however it turned out to be one room Deluxe category. Meals timings were very limited so as the menu and taste. Overall moderate room experience. The travel agent has not bothered to check in even after telling him the first day that room category is not Suite. Will never again choose Aapka tripwala.

Palaces and forts were interesting. Transport facility was good. Hotel Gyan Garh in Udaipur was comparatively well maintained than Hotel Ashapurna in Jaipur where linen housekeeping was very poor. Floors dirty and dusty. Breakfast need to improve in Ashapurna. Wifi and TV facility in ashpurna is poor. Most time channels were unavailable. Tour organiser met at end. Tour could have been managed better by spending 2 complete days in Jaipur and 2 complete in Udaipur. 3rd day in Jaipur was without any attraction. It seemed boring on 3rd day in Jaipur. Tour can be tailored better to suit tourists requirements by letting them choose among options available. Tourists should be given some time to relax in hotel in noon instead being carried all over without a concern to their comfort. It seemed what was served to us was not worth for what was paid for. If managed better it can prove to good memories from Rajasthan. Udaipur palace and Jaipur palace n forts. Local art items are costly. If available for lesser prices may improve sell.
