Hotel Stay in Jaipur 'The Lighthouse' was pleasant, but could have been better. Everything was good, it is just that this hotel is situated at a quite distance from the city, so it takes a lot of travel time to and fro during the day. Suggestion is to provide nearby hotels for e.g. Hotel Amayra. Hotel stay in Udaipur 'Amantra Comfort' was excellent, much more better than expected. 5 star ratings for the hotel, service, breakfast and the humble staff. Cab and Driver 'Mr. Chandan Sharma' - I have never came across a driver who is so professional, skilled and knowledgeable about the city and all the whereabouts. Guided us in a planned way so that we could save time, money while shopping and also we were able to explore all the places without skipping any of those. Completely trustworthy and confident. Our travel Agent 'Preeti' is a gem of a person. She is friendly, do not bothers or disturbs much, but ensures we are not facing any issues or problems during our stay. Customized the package to whatever we have asked her for in an affordable budget with the best qualities she could provide. Genuinely a smooth process without any single hiccup. Overall an outstanding trip, it was a blissful experience being in Jaipur and Udaipur. Thank you, Preeti and team, you rock!!!

Overall the trip was fantastic and really impressed with the service. We have covered Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer . Little bit disappointed with the Udaipur visit. Planner should have planned the places for which Udaipur is famous which includes historical places. People travelling from Delhi might less be interested in museums and parks. Overall it was good and well planned. We done team Visit of city palace.

I have booked a 5N/6D Rajasthan tour through TripSailer for 25Dec2021 to 30Dec2021. Jyoti assisted me in trip planning including hotels and cab and cleared all my doubts wrt itinerary. I had a smooth experience with them and had a wonderful trip comprising of Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Everything was provided as per the booking voucher. They can improve on the cab coordination side as it required some handholding. I was very skeptical as I was booking 1st time through TravelTraingle but overall it was delightful experience.

Had a nice experience with Udaipur Touring, the itinerary was updated according to our requirements with good hygenic hotels Our driver Mahendra was very polite, punctual and made sure our journey was comfortable. Well versed guides provided in Udaipur who explained the history adequately and took wonderful pictures. Just faced 1 issue that is continuous change of hotel rooms due to multiple problems.

Enjoyed the stay at Jaipur in Harsoli haveli with food, service could be a bit slow at the dining but otherwise great stay. stay was Okay but the food although veg. was good. Driver was nice however seemed quite intrigued in our conversations i had with my fellow partner wherein he would randomly jump in. Driver also had inhibitions on 2/3 days out of 5 of staying until 8 pm with his car maybe due to personal reason. No doubt udaipur is beautiful but start with Jaipur and end with Udaipur. Preeti from Trip Sailer was helpful untill the day of beginning the trip. Thereafter all the process was so smooth, we didn't have to contact her at all. Thank you all for helping us have an amazing experience of our Incredible India.

The travel agent was very good and cooperative. However the cab provided was very bad. The cab could not get past 80 KM. This was especially a problem when moving between cities as we needed an extra hour or two to reach places which was a problem. Also the driver was not aware of the best placss to do good shopping.

Hotel Kanerbagh in Udaipur is very good. Food is bit costly in the hotel. But because of the location, there were multiple options for food. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli in Jodhpur is not good. Location is very unhygienic. It is only good from the outside. Bathroom is small, taps were leaking. Food is worst. My son ordered a chocolate pan cake and to our surprise we got a wafer thin dosa made from maida and covered with chocolate syrup. These guys don't even know how to make a pancake but had it in their menu. We later ordered aloo paratha which was also not good. Driver of the cab was polite and good. He took us to most of the places patiently. One thing to improve is to guide the tourists on how to cover the places without wasting time. The Getaway Holidays person was available throughout and responded to our queries.
