      I was issued a fake ticket for cruise during the tour. Even though ticket had names of 3 passengers, ticket was found to be against names of 2 passengers. No explanation given by the agents. Despite writing several emails, no response provided. Such behaviour creates unnecessary anxiety while travelling.

      We had booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip through Abroad vacation. The trip was catered to the best of our needs, everything was properly organised from visa, tickets and private transfers. Hotels suggested and booked both in Singapore and Malaysia were very good and had great food. Plan for each day was shared well in advance along with driver details. All the pick up and drops were properly coordinated, all the drivers were very nice. We felt comfortable throughout the journey and enjoyed ourselves.       It was a good trip and we enjoyed. Travel agent guided us with some places and made a booking with good places to visit. Rates offered were good. Though there were some minor issues like itinerary change requests, cab/coach not coming on time, travel agent not available which should have been better responded to and attended. After our trip we felt that we should have received more inputs for cruise options. Overall the trip was very good, minor issues faced should be worked upon. TravelTriangle agent assigned to us and the help desk number didn't provide any support. Very pathetic support. It took 3 days of calling to help desk to get a response.

      Travel agent from Singapore was excellent and was prompt, but the agent from india,i.e book it and forget it actually did as their name is. They booked the tour and then forget to respond whenever i try to contact them. Overall it was pleasant but the hotel J8 that they provided for the last day was pathetic Everything was very good but the best part was genting cruise

      Over It was a good experience. We had booked most of trip on private basis and cab were on time. City toor is waste of time. City toor was suggested on SIC basis and its just like sit in bus roam on road and come back to hotel. They just covered 2 places in city toor Merlion, Chinese Temple and drop to flyer. I recomend people not to book city toor other get the detail which all places they will cover.

      As the number of passengers for the cruise is huge a different formula should be worked out to avoid standing in a long queue for hours for embarking as it was a torture for senior citizens and baby carrying mothers.

      We went to Singapore for 5 Nights/6 Days. Before our flight to Singapore from Delhi we were informed that the hotel has cancelled our booking (Me and my wife painstakingly went through a very refined and long search to choose that hotel). I was concerned a lot because we didn't have a hotel to stay next morning. But, Sumit from Satguru helped us and provided the best hotel he can at that time. We liked that hotel (It was booked for 2 nights only). For the next 3 nights also there was a concern but Sumit again provided us a great hotel. We loved that hotel too. All the sightseeing and transfers provided were upto the expectations. Me and my wife have created lots of memories. I am thankful to Satguru Holidays for arranging this trip.
