I was issued a fake ticket for cruise during the tour. Even though ticket had names of 3 passengers, ticket was found to be against names of 2 passengers. No explanation given by the agents. Despite writing several emails, no response provided. Such behaviour creates unnecessary anxiety while travelling.

We had booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip through Abroad vacation. The trip was catered to the best of our needs, everything was properly organised from visa, tickets and private transfers. Hotels suggested and booked both in Singapore and Malaysia were very good and had great food. Plan for each day was shared well in advance along with driver details. All the pick up and drops were properly coordinated, all the drivers were very nice. We felt comfortable throughout the journey and enjoyed ourselves. We were a group of 4 pure vegetarian families planning to go to Singapore, with kids from 3- 10 years age group. We worked with Babu from Dreams tours and travels. In my opinion, few things that made the trip successful. 1. Pre-travel Support - We worked with babu and worked with him for the whole process, from planning the itinerary, understanding different points of interest, exploring the food options and getting VISAs done. Babu was extremely patient with all the questions and concerns we had. He not only answered all the questions, but also provided suggestions for better trip coverage. 2. Impeccable Ground Facilities - All the private transfers picked and dropped us on time. Hotel was nice with good vegetarian breakfast options. Drivers and hotel staffs were also very courteous and professional. 3. On ground support - there were some instances were we needed support from on ground team to make few last minute unavoidable changes and team was very prompt to accommodate it. They were available 24*7 in Singapore and were pretty responsive. Overall we had great experience in this whole journey and thoroughly enjoyed working with Babu and team. We will highly recommend them for any group and personal trips.

It was a good trip and we enjoyed. Travel agent guided us with some places and made a booking with good places to visit. Rates offered were good. Though there were some minor issues like itinerary change requests, cab/coach not coming on time, travel agent not available which should have been better responded to and attended. After our trip we felt that we should have received more inputs for cruise options. Overall the trip was very good, minor issues faced should be worked upon. TravelTriangle agent assigned to us and the help desk number didn't provide any support. Very pathetic support. It took 3 days of calling to help desk to get a response.

The I NEED TRIP TRAVELS did a fantastic job. All the activities were nicely planned for us. A very special thanks to Ms. Nupur because of whom the whole trip went so smooth and well. She really knows her job. Right from the starting she helped us plan our trip as per our wish. NAM HO DMC (the local agent) are doing a great job. The drivers were all punctual. The pick ups and drop were always on time. Some of the drivers were entertaining and so generous in letting us know about the place. We had a 2 year old with us so twice we needed to come back to our hotel a little earlier than the return time. The drivers turned out to be helpful in our case and happily came when we called. Overall thanks to the Team Travel Triangle ( Mr Joy) & team INT for wonderful and fantastic trip.

Booking Process: During the booking, the travel agent Shailesh (SGR Tours And Travels ) gave us a lot of useful suggestions. He was very helpful to find the right hotel and complete the booking. Saloni (TravelTriangel): She was good at dealing with payment and invoices. Always made sure that I receive a confirmation for the payments made (mail and WhatsApp) We had a lovely Singapore and Malaysia trip. Thank you Travel Triangel. Not so happy about 1. St. Regis Hotel in Singapore, we had to wait 30 mins to get the room cleaned (at check-in desk). 2. Ramada Hotel : I had to show my confirmation to convince the staff at check-in desk to get "Quad 2 bedroom executive king and 2 single", they were going to give me "Quad executive king and 1 single", not sure who's fault is that (agent or hotel), in the end I got the room I was promised by the agent. 3. Ramada Hotel: The Balcony door was open and didn't have the key to lock it. We were not very comfortable leaving it unlocked during the night and when we were going out. I had asked 4 times the reception for the key but no luck, every time we were promised there will someone coming in an hour to fix it. 4. Ramada Hotel: TV couldn't be plugged into socket, needed converter, reported 3 times to reception but nothing happened. Overall, we had a good trip. Thanks, Selva.
