The worst experience ever. Firstly the traveltriangle payment gateway had issues. I had to go back and forth with mutiple payment options on travel triangle website and then their agent and then with the agency for making payment. Most of the time the website had issues during payment. Also the updates for the payment was not updated on the website and i had to call the agent to as for the update on the website. I spent almost a month or more on finalizing my itinerary with multiple agencies and finally they dont provide what was promised. There is no proper coordination between traveltriangle and local agency in Thailand so dont expect to get what you pay. THEY LIE ON YOUR FACE just to make you take their package. And once you there in Thailand you just have to accept what they offer. Its like take it or leave it. The traveltriangle agent was the worst, he just would support the local agency and bullsh*t you knowing you cannot do anything at that point of time in Thailand. The local agency told me about how the agency in India did not inform or pay for my customised itinerary and said they would arrange at extra cost but later they refused and started lying to cover up (I called the Thailand Tourism Department to confirm facts before i caught them lying to me........ they dont expect you to do that). If i had an extra day i would have definitely informed the authorities about how Traveltriangle and their local agency do fraud tourism. Never Ever take the complimentary food offered on their tours. The worst food and service. You will be better off buying from outside. Phi phi island tour cruise around the islands and you can take pictures. It stops for an hour off the coast of monkey island for mid sea swimming/snorkelling. You get to swim in between fishes like nemo and expert swimmers can go on shore of monkey island and spent some time there. You dont get to go on the monkey island unless you know to swim in the ocean. For those who dont swim do not expect to be doing anything other taking pictures and shopping in phi phi island. Coral island tour was amazing. The package lets you sit on multiple boats doing nothing until you reach Coral Island for shopping. Dont know why you offer that in the first place. So make sure you take the 4000Baht/person package offered on the boat wherein you get underwater sea walking, speed boat parachuting, jetski ride (half minute) and banana boat ride (half minute). Safari Park is a must go. Wonderful experience especially for children. Please dont miss this on your Thailand trip. Just dont take the lunch offered in tour. Since i had changed all the hotels offered to those of my chosing, the stay were really nice. Thai food especially street food is a must have. Thai people are in general very welcoming and warm-hearted.

It was a nice trip with nice hotels and taxi pickup on time. During day out they arranged nice vegetarian lunch for us. Handling of agents was good with their timely update about next day activities.overal enjoyed my trip with them. The view at phi phi island was very nice.

We are delighted to have such a great family vacation. We reached our homes safely with great memories. The trip was fun and full of enjoyment. Feedback: Hotel services- Mercure Pattaya and Furama Xclusive 5/5. Cab services were mostly good 4/5. Agent Services - 4/5. Whatsapp support - 5/5 Other Feedback: I would like to thank Nikita and Travel Triangle team for their support and organizing the tour for me. It was great fun and a good time spent at Pattaya and Bangkok with my family. The points which I think could have been well managed are 1. Booking flight ticket with Child PNR and selecting Child meal options for the kids. Due to that kids had to take an Adult meal which was a bit spicy for them. There was an hour of delay in the pickup for day 3 where we were supposed to visit Underwater Sea world and Ripley at Pattaya. In the Bangkok City tour, we only covered two temples, i think based on the time availability we could have covered a few more destinations in the city tour. The Day we had Dreamworld Tour (Bangkok) the meeting time for return pick up was 4:00 pm, it would have been helpful if the pickup time could be extended as we were not able to cover all the rides. The Day we had the Safari and Marine tour (Bangkok), the guide told us to complete the tour till 2:20 pm and meet at the parking. But due to this, we missed the sea lion show and the elephant show. The safari car tour was completed in 20mins which could have been more enjoyable if the guide could have driven the van slowly and we could have spent some more time viewing the animals. In this 20mins drive, we just glanced through the 5km safari park which should have been covered in 45mins (ideally). We were back in our Hotel at 4 pm, time would have been well spent if we could have covered the two shows in the safari world. But overall the hotel, cab and places visited were good.

The itinerary was packed, covering Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya and Bangkok, just the way I wanted. Prajon did an incredible job tailoring the trip to our preferences. Although I was initially nervous about my first foreign trip and the fact that communications were on WhatsApp. The ground team was stellar. Trip organised was good. Few points i observed which need attention: 1. Our stay at Bankok should have been 1 day less. It was better if our was extended at Pattaya by 1 day. 2. The transfer day from Pattaya to Bankok was not good. No time was given for lunch in full day, after several request made to driver or organiser. Not to forget I had 5 years old kid with me. 3. AC of city tour van at Bangkok was not effective. Less time to spend was given at Madam tusad, as driver was in hurry to leave us at hotel. We reached at hotel at 1600 hrs insted of 1800 hrs. Jungle safari at Bangkok.

The kind of seamless experience we received was phenomenal. All the arrangements were perfect right from the airport pick up. Local as well as Indian tour representatives were always available for trouble shooting. No bad surprises at all. The tour operator is quite flexible and considerate with client requirements. All the request he addresses properly with necessary explanations. The expenses were quite reasonable if compared with regular giant tour companies. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. Would definitely like to travel in future with this company. I highly recommend this tour company name for Thailand your . Just one suggestion please provide Indian breakfast at hotels . As we really disappointed there should b more options for breakfast (Indian food)
