The travel agent required more clarity… The travel agent had called to check preference of the flight between lion air or thai air and I specifically had mentioned not to book lion air but the same was booked..the journey was really bad…the leg space was terrible..we had to travel from Bangalore to Bangkok and again to Phuket…all the floghts to and fro were budget airline which was not my ask Also i had clearly requested 4 to five star hotel however in Krabi the hotel provided was Aonang silver orchid hotel which was really dingy and bad..it was like a lodge much smaller and worst than an oyo room in India :( ..the services were very bad…we were 2 adults and a 11 year old child and i asked for a pillow and the hotel denied providing it…they were petty Rest of it was good however the flights and the hotel at Krabi were terribly dissatisfying The sightseeing places were beautiful The local transportation were nice

Awesome trip and wonderful hotels. Hotels were Indian friendly. Problem was non English speaking drivers. Most of them could only speak Thai not even broken English. So it was difficult to communicate. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Satyajit and Mr. Mayukh of Breakbag holidays. Their help and co-operation made this trip successful and memorable. Ms. Beauty needs to be more professional and she needs to be more serious regarding her client's choices and demands. As a whole it was a wonderful trip.

We a family of 3 from Hyderabad and planned a trip to 2 places in Thailand - Phuket and Krabi. When we contacted Travel Triangle, we were introduced to few of their partners and we finalized with Clipago as their response was prompt and clear. We were Vegeterians and our son is 8 years old and we were particular on hotels based on our food requirements. Mr. Sarit from Travel Triangle was very supportive and always reachable for any query or support. Mr. Prashant from Clipago had lot of knowledge and he planned our travel well and also advised on how to manage time there. He made all arrangements of hotels, Transport, tickets to certain parks as part of tour iterinary. Appreciate his dedication. He was always available on whatsapp for any query during most part of the day and even nights on few occasions. In Thailand, Mr. Rohit was very prompt in support and he used to update us about next day's plan by a day in advance was also available early mornings for any call. Mr Mukesh was also good in co-ordination. We did not face any issue. The transport vehicles were always on correct time. The boat trips were also on time during island tours. On one occasion, there was a delay in return during boat travel due to heavy rain but of course, weather is not in our control. Whatever was planned before the trip was executed during the trip. Overall, was a very good experience. Anik had organized the trip pretty well. All the hotels were really good except the last hotel at Bangkok. Ramada was a bad experience, with cockroach infested room, even the neighboring area was very dirty!! The tours were organized well. The pick-up was good, but the Bangkok driver was bad and unfriendly.

Couple of things i want to highlight here that for transfer cabs we were told that private sedan cabs will be send but everytime only traveller like vehicles were send which had capacoty of 9 pax. The vehicle was clean, smooth and good comfort but the feeling of private sedan was not there in that. It felt like a picnic vehicle. The other thing i want to share that our agent from bookmytournow had no idea about new immigration process in thailand since it has become visa free for indians currently. Now we don't need to take visa on arrival and only need to go through immigration at thailand airport but the travel agemt was telling to go for visa on arrival first which is not the case.

Hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were amazing , Hotel in Krabi didn't provided the desired service and room , staff was rude. Secondly Travel agent cheated on Scuba Diving and Bangkok City Tour which was totally fake and waste of time and money. Had great memories in Phuket and Scenic beauty of Krabi was also amazing apart from above mentioned two Glitches..Please look into the same.
