The pickup and drop to and from airports and for all sightseeing and tours were well cordinated and organized. Hotel selection was good considering the fact that we were Indian tourists. In Thailand mr Rahul Khatana was our trip coordinator Must say he planned and organised everything so well and perfect Mr Shubham Pandya from travel triangle was our trip advisor who’s behaviour was not too good His response was poor and in fact he never would pick up our calls and had always lame excuses Before leaving for the vacation. We were a bit scared what if we face any problem and mr Shubham Pandey will not pick up the phone? Bangkok and Pattaya both are beautiful places

Keep all options open, like if someone don't want to go for Alcazar show because of family constraint, instead you should offer him rides like under water world, or floating Market. In my case i denied Alcazar show, in that case you should have offered me other option like mentioned above. I have to spend money from my pocket to go for this. In case of vehicles, I opted for private vehicle, I was given a big van like ambulance. I kept wondering how can you send such a big vehicle for only three persons? Even couldn't see the outside city. Safari world and marine park was very nice. But should be properly guided, or addressed, what are the rides you are going to see. It was ill informed.

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
