          19th October -25th October New Delhi -Dubai 1) our stay was at crownne plaza ,deira dubai,the location of the hotel was not good. Hotel service was poor and room view was also pathetic. 2) agent didn't mention about the tourism fee of 120aed in any verbal communication . 3) itinerary was poorly planned, a)Ferrari world/yas Island/Warner Bros and visit to mosque and dates market cannot be covered in one day. So tour for Abu Dhabi should be of 2days. In case of one day travel ferrari world/yas Island should be covered first and mosque and market later. b) Dubai tour was not planned properly. Burj Khalifa bookings should be of day time ,rest dubai mall,art gallery, beaches/Burj Al Arab, should be covered later

          the cab driver who took us for the 1 day abu dhabi city tour was extremely uncooperative and created confusion. pls always provide us with the cab driver and a separate tour guide like you did on day 2 for local dubai city tour. that was the worse part. we wasted day 3 of abu dhabi city tour

          The trip was smooth and super coordinated. The itinerary planning was good and the agent who was coordinating with me was very patient and understanding. Final output was very much what we planned. Very few hassles.. However, in a few places, I felt the guys were a little rash & weren't very understanding but that's not the organizers mistake. Also, I wouldnt recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone because I don't think it's worth the money but again not totally the organizer's fault. I would just ask you to keep that in mind. All in all, we loved the trip and the overall organization. :)

But You have promised to give Emirates flight to and fro for Dubai and We have been given Emirates flight only while going to Dubai, but for the return we have been given Fly Dubai flight, which was very uncomfortable. Kindly note this and give only Emirates flight for to and fro, as Fly Dubai is not much comfortable.

          The Agent via whom the booking was done, they seemed to be a lot money minded, but not thinking about right level of services for the prices paid. Also, the schedule set was very hectic considering going their with family, so better planning should have been provided and conveyed to the customer. Also, the charged everything upfront, but after the payment was made, the responsiveness was very poor. Specially from the GUY named SHEEL, who was taking care of our VISA processes.

          Trip was very well organised and executed. Abu Dhabi trip could have been better especially Emirate Palace should have been covered. Detailed travel of Abu Dhabi could have been discussed better before starting the trip, otherwise everything was fine. Hotel was reasonably good.

          White Lily Vacations- 5/5 for Ms . Neerja- for the way she planned the trip and co-ordinated with us throughout the booking process and provided timely and accurate responses to all queries and suggestions right from planning to the final stages of our trip. This resulted in us having a wonderful and hassle free trip Hotel- Citymax Bur Dubai- 3/5 for the rooms and services. Not worth the price. Rooms and facilities in them are below average Eva Butterfly tourism Dubai- Local travel agent (Mr. Mohit)- 2/5- Not very responsive or customer friendly towards traveler queries. Hence we were very hesitant to ask any queries unless we felt extremely necessary. Even then responses were abrupt . Many a times there was no co-ordination between agents and vehicle/ guide arranged for sightseeing trips, resulting in us having to figure out what needed to be done at certain locations. Arrangements for the dhow cruise were a total disaster. The cruise boat arranged was similar to something already available in India and not the traditional dhow boat in Dubai. Desert Safari- Vehicle/driver provided for the Dune bashing and experience was good but the base camp arranged later that evening was another disaster. We expected that sightseeing tickets booked for next day are sent to us atleast the night before, but in cases where we had chosen only tickets without transfers, tickets were sent to us only on the day of the trip after several follow-ups. This resulted in us having to replan our day which was not what we expected. In-spite of the above issues, we had a lovely time because of the planning done earlier by white lily vacations on the day wise itinerary which was apt for our trip duration.
