Hotel was nice but was in outskirts of Goa, as it was our first trip to Goa so we didn't knew about area. No markets or food outlets were close. Cab was on time and sightseeing driver was good. Travel agent experience was okay.

hotel riva was not as per price we paid. Food at Riva and LA Cabana was not up to the mark. Room service at la cabana was better than riva though.. However food provided at Shiroda Beach was terrible and drinks were not provided though it was mentioned in the quote.Cab services from Remy Travels were good. Water sports and snow park were the best.

Hotels were amazing, cabs were good and in nice condition, travel advisors are just a call away if needed throughout the trip. Every thing was according to the itinerary provided. Just one drawback was there , the water sports activities which were handed over to anil rathod, were not satisfactory. There were 4 to 5 activities and each operator will give the least possible ride time and if you ask them to provide it properly , they will ask for some extra money.
