Agency in Delhi without an office in Goa,should not undertake package tour in Goa.They depend on mobile & internet for everything. I also have mobile & internet facilities and know how to use them.Even the reception at the airport was bad. I had to contact Ritesh several times.Their package is for 5 night/ 6 days according to their confirmation voucher.They say that it is a typing mistake.They would have billed accordingly.Pl get me the refund of the excess paid.Last Year, I booked Andaman package through you.Peace Andaman tours had arranged it very well. We had a overall good experience in Goa trip. Aman trip coordinator was helpful in planning the trip. Goa as a destination is good choice. However, the food and other expenses are costly. Visit to spice plantation was waste of time and money. Apart from that all other places were good and enjoyable.

Was a nice trip. Had only booked a hotel and pick up / drop cab through the agent. Although the view from the hotel was not that great, the agent made sure I was already aware of it. So it felt nice that I was being given an honest review about the same before my travel. Just one thing, I guess the agent can be more interactive once the booking is done and regular communication should happen even after the trip is booked. Overall, happy with the service and the trip.

My main problem of this tour starts with hotel itself. Swimming pool was under maintenance, this itself a main disappointment for me. And they don't understand English that's my second problem. Breakfast is not as good as much expected this is the third problem. Next, we had a rift with the driver who isn't ready to guide us first of all. He's like in a hurry to finish the trip. His main words are my work is between 10-6 after that I can't wait even for a minute. This itself is a bad service. Each and every day we started from the hotel by 11-11.30 but he insists us he can't even wait till 6.30. really disappointed with this. Only good thing happened is Mr. Abdul the agent who stood by side through out the trip. He responded to me whenever I called him and helped me at all cost. A big thanks to him for helping me out. End of the day we're not satisfied with hotel staffs but rooms were really good.

GOA trip was very pleasant & entertaining for us. Thanks to travel angle and aeroplane hospitality agent who played very important role in making good trip planning and providing good accommodation in bloom suits. Visit to sea beach, wax museum & spice forest plantation are worth mentioning and memorable too.

I had booked the trip through Travel Triangle as a tour gift to Goa for my parents on their silver jubliee- marriage anniversary. I am so happy with the agency- Wander Globe- I chose, and the whole package- economical yet luxurious. Throughout the trip, my parents were taken good care of, extremely understanding and friendly agent- Jack, very very sweet host- Mansi, at the Hotel- Royal Woods, accommodating driver, and smooth drive to the hotel and back to Airport. Thank you Travel Triangle for making it a very memorable experience for my parents! Already looking to plan another one though your platform.

It was not a coordinated tour. Nothing was communicated between Travel agency and their Travel partner, here are the reasons. 1. First day (Tuesday) was supposed to cover South Goa as per Trip plan and next day to North Goa so we could cover the Anjuna market on Wednesday, but we were there asked to cover North Goa first and due to this we covered the South Goa on Wednesday and missed the Wednesday Anjuna Market which is on North Goa. 2. Our Trip plan included both Doodhsagasr and Grand Island Trip other than North and South Goa and there were so many things that were included in both North/South Goa Trip or Doodhsagar/Grand Island. For example Dolphin Point, Spice Farm and Old Goa Churches were included in both trips and that not only wasted our time but money as well. If were told that they are going to cover this in Doodhsagar/Grand Island then we dont have to spend time and money separately during North /South Goa Trip. It was sheer wastage of time and money for us. 3. Due to their non-coordination we they covered only single beach during during South Goa, if rather covering same things twice, they could cover some beaches in South Goa could be better. 4. During Doodhsagar trip we were told that they are going to cover snacks as we left hotel early, but they provided something which was 3rd part of samosa and so little that people rather eating, thought to share with birds flying together with the boat. Thy were rather concentrating to share the beer, which not everyone was interested. 5. The only best thing in our trip was our driver (Ali) who was a good person and explained and showed things what best he could do, but it was worst part from Aeroplane Hospitality that they didnot communicate anything to their travel partners and everytime driver had to asked us wht we are going to cover today as they didnt communicate anything to him. 6. The hotel we stayed Lambana resort was good but their breakfast which was included was worst of all, their aloo parantha was without aloo and all days whatever was served was just tasteless and very limited choice. Everything in this hotel was way costly and we took our dinner always outside, but other services were good and we were provided a spacious room with extra bed. Hotel staff was good and helpful.

Poor services, regretful decision. Pathetic experience from ground staff and no resolutions, unprofessional behaviour. Adamant and no-ownership of service failure.

It was really amazing experience with travel triangle for my 1st trip (goa trip). Hotel (room, reception, room-service guys all are very good), drivers (for arport pickup, drop, north goa tour, south goa tour, all are very nice persons, on time pickup done by all), travel agent, experience with everyone is very good. (Only thing I felt negative is the total price of my plan, which I felt is little extra, work on this aspect). Thanks for bringing this wonderful service.

Regarding Hotel : Good : Room is good, Wifi is good, hotel has bikes for rent, Breakfast is good, Staff are good, they suggest us what is right thing to do and where to go. Things to improve : TV is present but not operational, Hot water doesn't come in bathrooms and we have to request them to get(Although they get it soon, it is better if hotwater comes in bathroom automatically), They don't clean the rooms unless asked, they don't give water bottles unless asked. Regarding Travel : They change drivers every day, not so good experience. Although few drivers are good, few are very dull and not so responsive. Could have handled this better.
