Pros- a. Selected convenient hotel/Resort in North Goa. b. Sight seeing experience was great. all the drivers were too polite Cons- a. Dint give heads up on last day check out time. So just make sure what is the check out and check in date and time.

Poor services, regretful decision. Pathetic experience from ground staff and no resolutions, unprofessional behaviour. Adamant and no-ownership of service failure.

Flight is not good not on time but after that driver and goa agent anurag sir n pradeep sir and also ritu mam really love these people so friendly and polite even driver give extra love care to my baby but i cant see the covlum beach butterfly beach and turtle beach

Hotel claims to be 4 star but is 2.5 star at best. Very poor hygiene, bland breakfast without any variety. Rooms are decent. Bathroom with incorrect sloping causing water to stand on floor. Cabs were good, clean and on time.

Planning was not really good - would have been more proactive in terms of communication and updating the customer. Here I have to go back to the agents and coordinator for getting an update, cab details, driver number etc - i want to remind them for everything. Regarding hotel it was just okay with a 3 star facility but as per the services there was no coffee maker (kettle) available - upon request they gave it without any tea bags, coffee powder and sugar. What the use of a kettle without all these - are expecting customers to bring all these things while coming for a trip? Adventure activities was okay - no comments on that just for the sake of providing it was there. I believe the whole goa adventure activities will be like this. Nothing in specific from your side as it was only the hotel (average), cab facility (poor coordination) and adventure activities (average)

We had a overall good experience in Goa trip. Aman trip coordinator was helpful in planning the trip. Goa as a destination is good choice. However, the food and other expenses are costly. Visit to spice plantation was waste of time and money. Apart from that all other places were good and enjoyable.

We head a great experience with Aeroplane Hospitality ... Manish Gupta was the best he gave us the best rate for the resort, and we loved it ... Go for Aeroplane Hospitality you all guys will l...We enjoyed a lot. Only thing is In Hotel breakfast can be improved. and can serve a good food.

Was a nice trip. Had only booked a hotel and pick up / drop cab through the agent. Although the view from the hotel was not that great, the agent made sure I was already aware of it. So it felt nice that I was being given an honest review about the same before my travel. Just one thing, I guess the agent can be more interactive once the booking is done and regular communication should happen even after the trip is booked. Overall, happy with the service and the trip.

To begin with, we had specifically asked the travel agent to arrange two separate cars for us (a group of 11 adults and 1 kid) in Goa way before we started the trip. This was made clear to Mr. Shamshad Mallik who was coordinating with us and helped us with the package. We were picked up from the airport as per package in two cars. However, the next day there was absolutely no call or message from either the agent or the driver telling us at what time he/she is coming to pick us up from the hotel. Upon us calling them at 10:00 AM, we were informed that the driver is still starting from his place and is getting one big vehicle instead of two as requested. We had to postpone the sightseeing of that day to the last day of our stay. Even the next day we got no call from the agent or driver. After we called them ourselves we were told that the driver is waiting outside the hotel on-road and the travel agency asked us to approach them without any phone number of the driver or license plate number of the vehicle when there are over twenty vehicles parked outside the busy road. On the last day of our trip, we were told that there is another vehicle (one big vehicle) coming to drop us at the airport while we were sightseeing. We had to do a lot of coordination between the travel triangle agent and the travel agency in goa to convince them to drop us in the same cars. Comin to the hotel, although the rooms were comfortable and neat, we were disappointed by the swimming pool which was unusable. Although the assistance of Mr. Abdul is appreciable, the experience has been very unpleasant because of the lack of coordination between the travel agency and drivers.

Throughout the trip, my parents were taken good care of, extremely understanding and friendly agent- Jack, very very sweet host- Mansi, at the Hotel- Royal Woods, accommodating driver, and smooth drive to the hotel and back to Airport.
