I am extremely inhappy with the customer support provided by Travel triangle support person Kanwaljeet Singh. There was a an issue with my booking, where I had went ahead (on verbal agreement) and made payment for hotel room with king size bed, since I was travelling with an infant. The support person was not helpful, there were no responses on travel triangle customer support email ID. While the travel agent eventually resolved this issue, but lack of proper communication from the support team of travel triangle was unapologetically bad and it resulted in me having restless days before the trip. I will hesitate next time before booking through Travel Triangle. Travel agent was eventually helpful, but travel triangle platform was not.

Everthing is good in the hotel and cab service. But in hotel the food they serve is for only for foreigners They should include some indian food too because indians also visiting right!

Basically we don't need travel triangle for planning our trip because they will only help you with your hotel and activities booking which we can do on our own.. After sales service is absolutely not upto the mark.. For any amendment in plan last minute one would expect their travel agent to help coordinate with hotels, etc but they will leave it all on you to tackle ourselves..

Trip was managed nicely and coordination was proper. Few things could have been included in the package like water adventure rides etc. Overall it was great and memorable.

You can't change agents because things can't be discussed with everyone everytime. Communication is not at all good. If you offer something stick with it and no proper guidance with the agent of travel triangle.

Trip was awesome, Mauritius is so amazing with very very good foods and its natural beauty. But the service agent was not so likely, everytime i had to poke for any informations regarding my trip even once they provided me the wrong details of my bookings also. Overall trip was superawesome but the travel triangle you need to upgrade and have to become friendly with the travelers. As it was my honeymoon trip, i wanted little more response with you guys.. anyways all ok trip was good

Travel Triangle has always given the best of accommodation and travel places. It’s great to have a travel partner like them. Special mention about Rohit Saini who planned this trip on a very short notice for just few hours. He had previously also planned our Mauritius trip which was to class.

We booked our trip with ASAP travel triangle. Overall we had a very nice experience. Thanks to Mr Himanshu who helped us in booking this trip in short time and within budget.
