I recently had the pleasure of visiting Odisha, and it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the amazing sights, rich culture, and excellent services. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with the key attractions, accommodations, and cab service: ### 1. **Hotels:** The hotels I stayed at during my tour were well-selected and comfortable. In **Puri**, The room was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was polite and attentive., I stayed in a centrally located hotel that was perfect for exploring the temples and other local attractions. One of my favourite hotel stay at Taptapani hill Resort. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, ensuring a restful stay after a day of sightseeing. ### 2. **Cab Service:** The cab service throughout my trip was excellent. “Basudeb” was punctual, professional, and well-versed with the routes to all the tourist spots. The Toyota Rumion was comfortable and air-conditioned, making long rides enjoyable. “Basudeb” also provided valuable insights into the culture and history of the places we visited, which added a personal touch to the journey. ### 3. **Key Places Visited:** - **Jagannath Puri Temple:** The highlight of my trip, the **Jagannath Temple** in Puri is an architectural marvel. The atmosphere is electric, filled with devotion and grandeur. The rituals and cultural significance of the temple left me in awe. - **Konark Sun Temple:** The **Konark Sun Temple** is another must-visit. The intricate carvings, coupled with its historical significance, make it one of the most impressive temples I’ve visited in India. The sheer scale and beauty of the temple left me speechless. - **Chilika Lake:** A boat ride on **Chilika Lake** was an absolute highlight. The serene waters, surrounded by lush greenery, made for a peaceful and scenic experience. We also spotted some river dolphins, which added a touch of nature's beauty to the trip. - **Lingaraj Temple:** The **Lingaraj Temple** in Bhubaneswar is a classic example of Kalinga architecture. The temple's massive size and ornate carvings were breathtaking. It’s one of the oldest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the spiritual atmosphere is palpable. - **Mukteshwar Temple:** This small yet beautiful temple is a hidden gem in Bhubaneswar. The carvings and the serene environment around the temple make it a peaceful spot to visit. - **64 Yogini Temple:** In Bhubaneswar, I visited another famous 64 Yogini Temple in the Hirapur area. this one is relatively well-preserved and gives a better sense of the temple's original layout and purpose. It has 64 small stone cells, each of which was once home to a deity representing one of the Yoginis. The temple is small and simple in comparison to the grand temples of Odisha, but there’s a deep spiritual energy here. I spent time observing the intricately carved stone sculptures, which depict various deities and symbolic motifs. The temple was quiet, which allowed for a reflective visit. - **Taptapani:** The hot water springs in **Taptapani** offered a unique experience. I soaked in the warm waters, which were incredibly relaxing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. - **Tibetan Village:** The **Tibetan Village** was a lovely stop. The peaceful vibe, combined with Tibetan culture, monasteries, and handicrafts, was a delightful experience. I learned a lot about Tibetan traditions and had the chance to purchase beautiful souvenirs. ### 4. **Overall Experience:** The entire trip was well-organized, with seamless transitions from one place to the next. The combination of cultural exploration, relaxation at Chilika Lake, spiritual immersion at the temples, and the scenic beauty of places like Taptapani made this tour an enriching experience. The cab service ensured that my journey was comfortable, and the accommodations were cozy and well-located. Overall, this tour to Odisha was a fantastic mix of spirituality, nature, and culture. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the best of Odisha! Overall trip was 5 days and first 3 days was really good . Both Satkosia and Bhubaneswar resort and hotel was awesome .Food in both these places was also very good .However things changed when we went to Puri . Naren palace hotel was pathetic and service was very poor . Food served in the restaurant was bad and few of the family members fell sick . Cab allotted was ertiga but triber was sent . It was compact as not comfortable . PR travels contact was helpful but there was communication gap between them and cab driver . most places we had to put google maps as driver was not aware of the destination . Bubhaneshwar city is very well improved and was clean . Temples here are really beautiful .

Although I have given 5* for hotels I am not satisfied with hotel the saaj of bhubaneswar. There was a stench in the room. The washroom exhaust was not working. Even after complaining, neither was the exhaust repaired nor was the room changed. Linen wasn't perfect either. services and standard of hotel Koshal of PURI was commandable .

Me and my wife visited Odisha this week. Mr. Shibashish Das helped us with the arrangements. He was kind enough to consider our requests and was patient enough till we could finalise our dates. The hotels in Bhubaneswar and Puri were amazing. The accessibility, food and service were great. The complimentary breakfast spread at both hotels were amazing. Mandasaru was a close to nature experience. The team of ladies at the camp took good care of us. Hospitality of the staff at all the places we stayed was very nice. Our drivers Mr. Suresh and Mr. Manoj were good too and took us sightseeing. We got a very good darshan of Lord Jagannath thanks to the head priest Sagar ji. Overall a good and memorable experience. Will surely recommend the services of Mr. Shibashish and his team. Jai Jagannath!!

Hotels chosen were good but seems they were short of staff , housekeeping and room services were quite slow/delayed and needed repeated follow ups. Cab condition was ok but driver was cribbing all the time over small small issues like, let it be his duty hours , let it be taking a U turn to reach another side of the road, let it be his allowances he is getting from travel agent, etc. Services of travel agent Shibashis were superb, he was just a call away even in odd hours, and planned the trip in such a manner that we were able to explore and experience places as per the scheduled itinerary. Water sports at Chandrabhaga beach, boat ride in Bhitarkanika.
