Upon arrival at the Singapore Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Once reached, you will sign into the hotel and spend day time in leisure before heading out for Night Safari. Night Safari is the first nocturnal zoo in the world and one of the best tourist attractions of Singapore. You will see many animals from around 130 species in the zoo.

I chose Travel Triangle because someone suggested me. I heard good reviews for them. I agree but upto a certain extent. Before booking, they will call you or reach out to you 10 times a day but once booking is done they don't care whether they reply in one day, two days or three days. There were certain things for which I had to chase them but was not satisfied with their answers. They will provide you an itinerary at the time of booking, you will plan your trip according to that but just 2 days before they will shuffle everything and will say it is what it is. My flight was supposed to land at 8:15 in the morning and the hotel check in was at 2:00 PM. Earlier they assured that I will get an early check in but two days before they said it's upon availability. Check in is at 2:00 PM and they scheduled a sight seeing pickup at 2:30 PM sharp because it is what it is. Before booking i was promised that the hotel serves Jain meal but the hotel clearly denied about that upon reaching there. I was told that the hotel is 4 star but it didn't seemed to be. The superior size room was way too smaller for 3 people. Food was not at all good at the property. I would really appreciate the ground team for all the arrangements they did. I would say that overall experience was good but you need to be very much sure about everything before booking because after that they will say It is what it is as if they don't care about our concern.

At Singapore Yotel hotel room accomodation is so compact. We couldn't even keep our luggage also in the room. 4 days stay at this room became so packed and congested. And at Malaysia stay, Hotel Arenaa, the room, hotel, everything is bad. And the complementary breakfast is very bad and low quality. Please don't suggest this kind of hotel to any of the travellers. I have been promised to get 4* hotel.rooms. But we were not happy with either of these room options which were given to us. Regarding logistics, we have been informed we will get our own cab for pickup and drop for all the 5 days in the trip. But the reality is different, they have provided the shuttle sharing service. This was also miscommunicated to us.

I went to Singapore on a 5 night trip. I booked the flight myself and selected two hotels based on location and guest reviews - One Farrer in Little India for 4 nights and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for the last night since I had a morning flight back and wished to explore the Jewel Changi. Both hotels were great choices for my needs. The itinerary was finalized by Travel Triangle and all arrangements were done as per the itinerary and the trip went very smoothly, thank you.

Over It was a good experience. We had booked most of trip on private basis and cab were on time. City toor is waste of time. City toor was suggested on SIC basis and its just like sit in bus roam on road and come back to hotel. They just covered 2 places in city toor Merlion, Chinese Temple and drop to flyer. I recomend people not to book city toor other get the detail which all places they will cover.
