I have booked trip for my parents for Singapore and malaysia they were very happy with the trip and with the travel agent. Only two things need to be taken care 1. Early checkin is not given/planned 2. Very limited time for city tour in malaysia

The Trip was well organised. Things were smooth. Best part of the trip was pick and drops at hotel. We were never on road because of perfect planning. The Nam Ho DMC at Singapore was superb. The only flip side was I didnot negotiate finer details of the trip else I could have enjoyed more @Sentosa.

We gone package tour Malaysia & Singapore TT organized supporting ground team in both the country are good. they are in time to go daily trip as per itinerary. from 1st day to 7th day we are enjoyed the package trip as per Itinerary.

Singapore trip went well overall, except that the hotel is located far from little India, being vegetarian,found difficult to get proper food. All cab drivers were on time and everything went as per schedule. Malaysia trip is pathetic as there is miscommunication about sg arrival card. And got struck for half a day in immigration, our bus left without us. It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

We had a great experience with travel triangle, the entire trip was smooth, cool and everything happened on time. All the facilities provided was superb and we didn't experience any issues throughout the trip.

I had a good experience in both the countries. when I booked the trip Malayasia was not visa free ,however Mr Rahul has returned the visa charges once I enquired about the same. He was accommodating enough to consider the to and fro requests which I kept asking for, and did not ever loose temper and was calm enough to address my queries . Booking and payment process was smooth , I had to get the Universal Studios added at the last moment and he helped to get it done without any problems. Overall it was a well coordinated trip. As an improvement would request him to ask there agents at the respective countries to provide proper guidance on the trip itinerary in day to day basis. In Singapore it was somewhat challenging to Coordinate and get proper information regarding the same. Rahul was able to coordinate well 24*7 whenever asked for, special thanks for his family too who would be adjusting enough , being a Travel agent is not an easy task . Thanks again I had a good trip

Wonderful experience in preparing itinerary, document submission reminder, timely travel arrangements and real time ground support. Ms.Amisha Srivasatava from Kushark Holidays was very active in followups and helping to customize the itinerary as required at a competitive price. Documents for visa were requested and visas sent without any issues. She called regularly with updates and even on the day before sent a reminder of documents to carry with hotline numbers to reach local tour agent in case of emergency, that situation didn't come though. Visiting the iconic Marina Bay Sands and taking in the stunning city views from the observation deck. Taking a peaceful stroll through the Gardens by the Bay and admiring the beautiful Supertree Grove. Experiencing the excitement of Universal Studios Singapore and going on thrilling rides.

Neha has been really proactive and quick in designing our itinerary. Nonihal is well experienced, smart and supportive throughout our trip. Well done craft holidays team! One suggestion- Do not allocate these hotels to vegetarian family as breakfast was useless fir us. But one good thing was the location of hotels. Our Singapore hotel was 500 m from Mustafa centre and little India. Kuala lumpur hotel was very close to good attractions and restaurants providing Indian cuisine. Universal Studios experience!

Experience was good but I think pick and drop along with early check-in should be more appropriate and comfortable Stay at siloso beach resort, obviously universal studio, wings of time show

It's an amazing trip.I was worried as I was traveling with my mom and son. But the trip was very well organized without any tention. Just we had to be ready by the time it was communicated rest was taken care. Thanks Vineeth for your support throughout the trip.

It was a good tour and few things were quite impressive and few needs improvements. Good thing had been the agent who handled our plan through Kushark travels ghazals khan had been quite attentive and available all time with clarity plus the drivers were quite disciplined and well mannered. Sightseeing was not well covered and multiple good places were missed. Universal studio and sky bridge

I am not very happy the way service provider arrange things. There were gaps in itinerary shared v/s actual. As a destination, Singapore is one of most recommended and safe place to visit. I enjoyed my stay but not services.
