Tour around Thailand together with your folks 6 Days & 5 Nights

The hotels were not that great but they were fine. Apart from that the pick up n drop were on time and perfect the itinerary was also not so hectic n we enjoyed our trip almost. And thank you for the services of the travel agent they were always there and immediately responding for all our emergency and overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you for the memorable trip.

Lot of information was hidden from us which led to incorrect decision making on our behalf. We were kept under the impression that half day tour and tiger kingdom will be 1 day tour so we had planned for that on 3rd day else we would have gone for second day. We had to continuously follow up to get timings and plan for next day. The tour operators were very rigid. My wife fell sick on the day of tour and we informed earlier asking if we could swap. They refused. In a similar situation in Mauritius where we had to swap tours, the agents graciously handled that. Here they were just inclined to get the most money out of us with least effort. Instead of tiger kingdom they took us to tiger park saying that it is from same owner and tiger kingdom is in different direction, though I saw it on the route. Please refrain from using this partner in future. Only saving grace was hotel selection and value for money.

Extremely helpful people who ensured we had a smooth 5 day trip to Thailand (Phuket and Krabi). We faced no hassles and were able to focus on our vacation. 10/10 recommended.

The trip started with a hiccup when we missed the first day’s tour due to some unclear communication and had to pay for that tour all over again in Thailand. But after that, everything went really smoothly. The team was approachable and helpful. Booking this tour package was expensive but I think it was worth it since you can enjoy your travel hassle free.

It was an amazing trip. We enjoyed a lot. Everything went as per plan and there were no hiccups. We got one pf the best services from eazyatra and travel triangle to make this Thailand trip memorable. Also eazyatra coordinator was soo helpful and he helped in booking flights and sharing other details about Thailand. Phuket was amazing. We did all of the water activities and spend best time with the best hotel deal vs the location. It was just amazing.

Hotel in Phuket was just close to Bangla street not suitable for family stay.Cab driver can be English speaking as communication was tough.Repeated event planned like dolphin and seal show for phuket and Bangkok safari. Phuket to Phi phi island not well planned lower deck was booked and had to put money from pocket to upgrade.Top of that 1000TBH for national park visit. Just had a small visit to monkey island then lunch and time for self exploring.For non activity ppl a small.boat trip would have been worth to explore the cave and all .Lunch was not as expected in the phiphi island. Bangkok -Major tourist attraction Grand palace was not included the trip ended by 11.30 instead of Gems gallery could have included sky walk or Grand palace .Looks like as there is entry fee executive have planned in such a way that places where entry fee is less was included like marble temple etc. Pros Bangkok hotel was awesome and in prime location. Chao river cruise was worth. Overall feedback as flight tickets were booked by self.The amount given for the trip to plan could have been little more worth by including few places which have entry fee and were important rather than going for low budget places. Chao Paraya River cruise, Safari world ,Dolphin Show.

Mr. Tarun's proactive involvement and subsequent meticulous follow-up exemplify the exemplary service ethos of Navigatio Asia Holidays. Despite initial frustrations and misgivings, Mr. Tarun's comprehensive explanation and continuous support throughout the remainder of our trip alleviated any further concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Tarun provided compelling evidence demonstrating the hotel's unjustified actions, attributing them to opportunistic behavior during peak season. In a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Tarun extended our half-day tour to a full day, compensating for the inconvenience caused by the hotel incident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Navigatio Asia Holidays for their meticulous trip planning and dedicated problem-solving approach, delivered with personalized care and attention. Without hesitation, I will choose Navigatio for my future travel endeavors.

Lowering to 4 stars because of the last minute hassle we had to face because team members missed to check my flight was from phuket internally airport and my drop was untill krabi international airport. Asides that everything was really smooth. Hotels were perfect destinations were planned perfectly. Thanks to everyone who made our first international trip a success.

The trip organized by parades travels was awesome. My special thanks to Mr. Manish who did all the planning for me and he was simply awesome. He did all the charting based on my preferences and he was in touch with me on each and every day following up for any improvements to be made on the trip. But to be honest there was nothing more to be improved in the trip. I really enjoyed it. I will recommend pardesi travels for everyone who plans any trips either domestic or international. Had excellent support from the agency (especially Prajosh) during the planning of itinerary phase. During the trip, responses were very slow and execution wasn't great. Apart from the already booked ones, if you ask for any suggestions, they will say "checking" and don't respond after that. So, if you need some support during the trip, they may not be quick to respond. They have tied up with some other agency in Thailand so this agency doesn't have full control and they have to depend on third party which could lead to delays and some inconveniences. Overall, they were good and I will recommend them
