Tour around Thailand together with your folks 6 Days & 5 Nights

Lot of information was hidden from us which led to incorrect decision making on our behalf. We were kept under the impression that half day tour and tiger kingdom will be 1 day tour so we had planned for that on 3rd day else we would have gone for second day. We had to continuously follow up to get timings and plan for next day. The tour operators were very rigid. My wife fell sick on the day of tour and we informed earlier asking if we could swap. They refused. In a similar situation in Mauritius where we had to swap tours, the agents graciously handled that. Here they were just inclined to get the most money out of us with least effort. Instead of tiger kingdom they took us to tiger park saying that it is from same owner and tiger kingdom is in different direction, though I saw it on the route. Please refrain from using this partner in future. Only saving grace was hotel selection and value for money.

Extremely helpful people who ensured we had a smooth 5 day trip to Thailand (Phuket and Krabi). We faced no hassles and were able to focus on our vacation. 10/10 recommended.

The trip started with a hiccup when we missed the first day’s tour due to some unclear communication and had to pay for that tour all over again in Thailand. But after that, everything went really smoothly. The team was approachable and helpful. Booking this tour package was expensive but I think it was worth it since you can enjoy your travel hassle free.

Their suggestions surpassed my expectations, surpassing alternatives I had considered based on internet research. I am particularly grateful to Parul for her invaluable assistance in optimizing my travel plans. A standout moment during my trip occurred upon arriving in Phuket from Krabi, where we encountered a significant challenge with our chosen hotel, included in our itinerary at our insistence. We were denied check-in due to purported payment issues with the travel agency. Promptly contacting Mr. Tarun, he swiftly intervened and resolved the situation, albeit at the cost of our evening plans. Mr. Tarun's proactive involvement and subsequent meticulous follow-up exemplify the exemplary service ethos of Navigatio Asia Holidays. Despite initial frustrations and misgivings, Mr. Tarun's comprehensive explanation and continuous support throughout the remainder of our trip alleviated any further concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Tarun provided compelling evidence demonstrating the hotel's unjustified actions, attributing them to opportunistic behavior during peak season. In a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Tarun extended our half-day tour to a full day, compensating for the inconvenience caused by the hotel incident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Navigatio Asia Holidays for their meticulous trip planning and dedicated problem-solving approach, delivered with personalized care and attention. Without hesitation, I will choose Navigatio for my future travel endeavors.

The trip organized by parades travels was awesome. My special thanks to Mr. Manish who did all the planning for me and he was simply awesome. He did all the charting based on my preferences and he was in touch with me on each and every day following up for any improvements to be made on the trip. Thank you for all the support The trip to Phi Phi island, Four Island, in a speed boat, was amazing Elephant safari, safari world & Marine park well to experience than said. Better to have Proper Hospitality at andamantra resort and Villa Phuket!! Thanks again to all team members for a well-organized trip !! The trip was well arranged at most places. But a couple of incidents spoiled our experience - One, not receiving any vouchers or tickets in advance and in case of an issue with tickets, etc, lack of prompt support at a local level. Second, the whole ticket fiasco at tiger kingdom and the resultant back-and-forth in communication as well as egoistic behavior by the agent for calling out lack of arrangements was uncalled for and left a bad taste on the whole trip. Overall, hotel and cab arrangements were very well arranged but there could be an improvement in communicating proactively. We were not made aware until the earlier evening what is the next day's itinerary and timings. Our earlier experience with Traveltriangle was much more seamless and we expected a similar experience, however, this experience makes us seriously reconsider Travel triangle for our future vacations. And most importantly, not having any residual payment from our end makes the balance of power much more in favour of agent. Traveltriangle may reconsider the payment terms to ensure there is something the agent has to look forward to by offering a seamless experience.

Opted 5N/6D Thailand Tour Package (Phuket & Kraft). Well organized tour, very handy information , easy accessible and cooperative staff. Great memorable for me and my family in Thailand. To Phi Phi islands by speed Boat. Crossing High tidal waves through speed boat is thrilling experience. Very beautiful locations & experienced staff.

Trip was good, only thing some part of the trip which was cancelled due to the climate for that if the money could be refunded that would be nice of you . And at one place I have to buy the ticket for my child which was already included ..
