        The trip started with a hiccup when we missed the first day’s tour due to some unclear communication and had to pay for that tour all over again in Thailand. But after that, everything went really smoothly. The team was approachable and helpful. Booking this tour package was expensive but I think it was worth it since you can enjoy your travel hassle free.

        Lot of information was hidden from us which led to incorrect decision making on our behalf. We were kept under the impression that half day tour and tiger kingdom will be 1 day tour so we had planned for that on 3rd day else we would have gone for second day. We had to continuously follow up to get timings and plan for next day. The tour operators were very rigid. My wife fell sick on the day of tour and we informed earlier asking if we could swap. They refused. In a similar situation in Mauritius where we had to swap tours, the agents graciously handled that. Here they were just inclined to get the most money out of us with least effort. Instead of tiger kingdom they took us to tiger park saying that it is from same owner and tiger kingdom is in different direction, though I saw it on the route. Please refrain from using this partner in future. Only saving grace was hotel selection and value for money.

        Haaris Shamim from TravelTriangle was utterly useless when I was facing an issue with ASAP Holidays having booked my Phi Phi islands trip on a day which I had not confirmed. Fortunately, ASAP holidays managed to resolve the issue. In addition, no one from ASAP holidays advised me to get at least silver class tickets from Sea Angel for the Phi Phi islands trip. Also, Samosa Express was the worst Indian restaurant I had seen in the whole trip. The bathroom did not even have running water and the food was miserable. I am very upset with TravelTriangle for having appointed such a useless Travel Agent like Haaris who wasn't even responding to his emails. I am happy with some aspects of ASAP holidays for their coordination but I'm upset with their "chaltha hai" attitude of fixing activities and not trying to suggest ferry seating upgrades or better restaurants to their clients during activities.

        We did a trip to Krabi and Phuket, and the whole experience can be classified in 2 parts- 1. Krabi- Hotel location excellent, cab service and driver support was very good and the trip to four islands was also fab. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. 2. Phuket- Now comes the sad part. (i) The hotel location was good but the rooms were not so good. They could have been better, or atleast we could have been intimated about the rooms, so that we could have upgraded it. (ii) The cab was never on time, and was minimum 20mins late. On the last day, when the driver was supposed to pick us up from the hotel and drop at the airport, he was 25mins late and then he came with another passenger, whom he introduced as the guide, but later that man turned out to be a co-passenger in our flight. The driver's behavior was also rude! (iii) Phi Phi island, we upgraded to a superior plan as offered by Travel Triangle itself, tuned out to be a waste. Waste worth 500 Baht. The boat just stopped for lunch for 30mins, at the famous Phi Phi Island, and we were not given any leisure time to enjoy and relax at the beach. The beach at which the time was given for 1hr to relax and enjoy, was full coral beach and you could just not step into the water, as it was full of corals and sea urchins!! (iv) Entire package only comprised of island tours and no local attractions, other that Fantasea Show. This should be improvised by Travel Triangle.

Initially hesitant due to my lack of prior experience with the agency, I ultimately decided to proceed based on intuition, a decision that proved to be judicious. Navigatio provided exceptional guidance in crafting my itinerary, offering tailored recommendations that took into account the needs of my 3-year-old child. Their suggestions surpassed my expectations, surpassing alternatives I had considered based on internet research. I am particularly grateful to Parul for her invaluable assistance in optimizing my travel plans. A standout moment during my trip occurred upon arriving in Phuket from Krabi, where we encountered a significant challenge with our chosen hotel, included in our itinerary at our insistence. We were denied check-in due to purported payment issues with the travel agency. Promptly contacting Mr. Tarun, he swiftly intervened and resolved the situation, albeit at the cost of our evening plans. Mr. Tarun's proactive involvement and subsequent meticulous follow-up exemplify the exemplary service ethos of Navigatio Asia Holidays. Despite initial frustrations and misgivings, Mr. Tarun's comprehensive explanation and continuous support throughout the remainder of our trip alleviated any further concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Tarun provided compelling evidence demonstrating the hotel's unjustified actions, attributing them to opportunistic behavior during peak season. In a gesture of goodwill, Mr. Tarun extended our half-day tour to a full day, compensating for the inconvenience caused by the hotel incident. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Navigatio Asia Holidays for their meticulous trip planning and dedicated problem-solving approach, delivered with personalized care and attention. Without hesitation, I will choose Navigatio for my future travel endeavors.

        The trip was well arranged at most places. But a couple of incidents spoiled our experience - One, not receiving any vouchers or tickets in advance and in case of an issue with tickets, etc, lack of prompt support at a local level. Second, the whole ticket fiasco at tiger kingdom and the resultant back-and-forth in communication as well as egoistic behavior by the agent for calling out lack of arrangements was uncalled for and left a bad taste on the whole trip. Overall, hotel and cab arrangements were very well arranged but there could be an improvement in communicating proactively. We were not made aware until the earlier evening what is the next day's itinerary and timings. Our earlier experience with Traveltriangle was much more seamless and we expected a similar experience, however, this experience makes us seriously reconsider Travel triangle for our future vacations. And most importantly, not having any residual payment from our end makes the balance of power much more in favour of agent. Traveltriangle may reconsider the payment terms to ensure there is something the agent has to look forward to by offering a seamless experience.

        As we have opted for a better package phiphi island tour should have been given by speedboat instead of a ferry which is meant for 500passengers...so we skipped it...apart from this everything was awesome. Ananta burin krabi waterpark ..we had lots of fun ..amazing ambience..n having a pool bar made it super awesome
