is when the itinerary was prepared. Driver told us you can plan your visit on 28th June when you are leaving to Dubai from Abu Dhabi as it is on the way. Hotel in Dubai – City Max This hotel was not fit for families. We did not find ourselves safe to enter the hotel with all drunk men around and call girls fighting at the reception area. We felt ashamed as the men were staring at us and maybe thinking we are also one of them – this is not acceptable and we blame you for this as our travel agent. We checked in on 28th June at 5.30pm. They made us wait in the lobby to complete the check-in formalities and search for the rooms, which took them more than 30 minutes. – they were aware we are going to check-in on 28th June, they should have kept everything ready in advance. We had our pickup for the Cruise at 7.30pm. We had to just rush and get ourselves ready for the Cruise pickup. The handheld bidet sprayer of the toilet was so tight that my mother who is a senior citizen got a pinch, blood got clot on the hand, and we had to show her to doctor – who will pay for this? My daughter who is 12 years old also had found it tough to press. We all found it too hard to press. We informed the hotel staff, but they said it is the water pressure and we cannot do anything. 2nd day the handheld bidet sprayer busted and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. On calling the plumber, the pipe was fixed but there was no housekeeping to clean water from the floor so we had to call for housekeeping again and it wasted our time and we got delayed for breakfast. Iron was not in the room. Every time we have to call reception for iron. Breakfast served was not fresh. Previous night left over food (chicken curry & bisi bele bath) was kept for breakfast. 2 days we were asked to have breakfast in the bar. Dhow Cruise Cruise timing was 9pm or 9.30pm and we were picked at 7.30pm and dropped at 8pm and we had to wait outside in the hot and humid weather for hours. – you were well aware that we had a senior citizen with us and how difficult it is to stand out there for so long. Dorby Cruise was so old and unhygienic. Food was horrible.

confusion regarding our premium or basic level … the food was bad there….overall not a great day it was.. 2) you should ve informed prior that the main ride in ferrari world was also not in order due to some reason . And fasttags or quick access passes are also available… since due to shortage of time we could hardly enjoy ferrari world … there were long queues everywhere. Atlantis water park was fun.

It is the second time I took services of Travel Triangle and happy to say I will again take help of you guys only for my next vacation, that will be Turkey, as and when I plan it. One cons, which I know Neerja ji had limited control, services of the cabs. Next time I will not recommend SIC, instead one should go for private cabs. SIC sucks. Also, after taking the package and personally checking each destinations we covered, I think we shelled out at least 30 - 35 % extra. So, next time I travel Dubai, I can bring down the over all cost by 25 - 30k/-. Thank you Marina Beach, Museum of the Future, Gold Souq, Desert Safari and Hotel itself. The hotel stay was amazing.

in food which we already told before booking the package, didn't send us all entry tickets after 3 days of payment according to travel triangle terms and conditions and told us before 2 days of journey if you are not satisfied then cancel your package..So many times we requested miraj for help but he behaved in a rude manner and cut the call....I will not choose travel triangle ever if I will get agent like this...We travelled by travel triangle so many times but never seen agent like him
