Stay at Jaigarh palace brought the feel of staying at a palace itself. Heritage Juma camp provided a great hospitality and we could feel of the rich culture of Rajasthan. The food too was awesome. We had some spare time and spend the 3rd day at Pol Haveli (arranged by Hemant Singhji) at a roof top restaurant which was another great add on to the trip. Looking forward for more such trips in future. Stay at Jaigarh palace, Hospitality at Heritage Juma camp, Heavenly breeze at Vyas chatri, Journey from Jaisalmer to Sand dunes (thanks to Man Singhji), Kuldhara village a must visit place.

s were superb. Needs to improvement: 1. As I have booked the trip request much in-advance, the expectation was to get the best safari zone to visit, but the Safari zone (Zone 7) given to me had a really bad route. Strictly No-No, if you are travelling with small kid. This should be taken care by agent and guest should be better updated on this. 2. With past travel experience, I somewhere know that when we book the rooms from agents v/s we book the rooms directly; the hotel keeps the separate rooms. And the same thing happened in Jaipur, it was a corner room, where the tap, hand shower were not working; also there was tore plastic sheet in bathroom partition, which can anytime hurt the guest. The same was informed to hotel reception. 3. When you pay for the trip, which also means the planning remains with trip agent. But, agent shared the coordinator name [cab/safari], where guest needs to contact them for any further lead and planning. This should be well managed.

Driver Om Prakash was assigned for our trip, he was again very patient & humble with us. We were two mommies with two kids but didn't face any trouble throughout the trip for a week. Only disappointment was the desert camp, tent stay was horrible due to frogs & insects inside & the overall infrastructure was also okay. All other hotel stays were good & comfortable. Thank you team for making our trip hassle free & memorable, I would surely recommend it to my friends.

Also our driver Mr RAMPRAKASH was always willing to adjust to our schedules and was always available before the scheduled time, took interest to show places of interest with special emphasis on what and where to look for at the important places. In total it was a wonderful trip thoroughly enjoyed by self and spouse.

s, they are not money minded. Cab service is really good, clean and comfortable to my family and driver is on time.. The only suggestion is to have Hotels in city will be helpful for guests for different food options. otherwise we need to stick to what Hotel provide.
