t come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.

That being said, we did face some disappointment regarding the final payment process. The clarification about the remaining balance was not addressed until the end of the trip, with repeated remainders, which caused some confusion and stress. The required travel vouchers were never posted in the portal until the end. But thanks to Sophie, who came to our rescue. It would have been much more convenient if all these issues had been resolved earlier in the process. Overall, we are grateful for the experience and Sophie's excellent service.
