us disappointed, but after the 1st day trip was according planned as itenary and pick up and drop was well in time that was impressive, even during pick up and drop we had a luxury transfers which was over expectations and was well planned. During the adventure activity in Pattaya in sea we felt they could have guided us better before to have our swim suits but although the activity went superb so no more regrets.Our trip organiser Parul had a great communication during and before the trip even she handle it so well we could feel the back right.I recommend any travelers to get in touch with Parul before planning from Navigatio ASIA being a wonderful and helpful coordinator.The only suggestion to Navigatio ASIA is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries.Overall the trip was amazing.Thank you for those nostalgic moments.

places. Pick-Up and Drop were well planned. There were no wait at any place. All coordination was done by the representative with perfection. Only complaint is that NO one from Travel Triangle coordinated the pre-booking activities. I was coordinating with the service providers directly. Travel Triangle representative called only ONCE for the booking payment. Rest of the time till the end of the tour, they did not bother to check the status. It was strange behavior. Presently I am working on another trip through travel triangle and observing the same behavior.

Ananta's local team kept us updated everyday on our next itinerary item - be it check-ins/check-outs, cab timings, activity timings etc. The local team was well co-ordinated and were always on time and were humle and polite. ll aware of our group needs and helped to accomodate most of our requests and got our planned activities and hotels which were not easy, given that we were travelling from different cities and different times. 2. Hotels: All the hotels booked by Navigatio including the ones we selected were good. Rooms were neat and tidy and breakfast options were available even for vegetarians. There was some snag in the last hotel booking which caused us to have to change rooms and some stress but the team were quick to help and respond and didn't leave us hanging at any point. Mr .Tarun from the firm got in touch personally to make sure the issue was handled. 3. Activities: all activities that we opted for were very well organised and fun and we were given instructions well in advance. 4. Internal travel: we had a couple hiccoughs with cab drivers and rest stops due to language trouble. But the team actioned it on our feedback. the rest of the internal transfers were very smooth and comfortable. 5. On ground communication: very quick and responsive using their travel app. Overall I would suggest Navigatio as a tour planner because they care about their customers , have integrity and good knowledge of the destinations and will make sure you are taken care of if inevitable issues may come up on your trip.
