y, he made us feel safe , he even bargained for us when the jeep driver was asking for 9000/- but Adil made it go down by 4000/- , he told us where to go and where to take pictures, he gave us information about the places , where to buy stuff where they tell the price for cheap , and soo much more. He even went with us in the jeep so that nothing could happen to us. We are very thankful for him , and deeply appreciate his actions. Nonetheless, it was a good experience! Thank you Adil.

d follow up from helpdesk, extending to the comfort of package "Adil Farooq bhai" who drived our chariot & made the travel highly comfortable. Hotel Zulfikar was ok in view of ambients but their service made it incomparable to a high start hotel, Dogstar Houseboat stay on Dal lake was the crown of total show in addition the complementary add on of shikara ride was heavenly. All these mixed and ended up giving us a beautiful lifetime memories. Thank u Aiman mam for your professional way of handling the event.

lly. The Divine Oak Golden leaf hotel was good on first visit, but during the last visit the bathrooms were unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.
