landing at port blair, we were told that they have changed our hotel (white coral) to some other hotel (SL international).Now this was without our consent or even informing us beforehand. The reason they gave was -- some food/service issue at white coral. They tried showing us various hotels in the city, but we remained adamant on getting the white coral only. The SL internation hotel was such a cheap hotel without hooligans sitting at the reception desk, with a bad locality. Actually the white coral hotel is a bit outside the city, so that would have resulted in bigger costs for the agents for pick up and transfers, so they were trying to avoid the hotel altogether. upon reaching the white coral, we found that all the deluxe rooms ( which we given to us) were booked, so they had to give us the suite room for that day. Also, the food and service at white coral was superb. There was not a single problem with the white coral hotel Also, upon our return from neil island to port blair, they had given us govt ferry, where as it was mentioned in our itinerary that we would be given private cruise. We were too much in love with neil island , and tht day had went very well for us so we avoided making any fuss of the ferry thing. Rest all was good. The candle light dinner provided at Sinclairs Bayview was an awesome experience. Our tour guide at neil -- Sarojit and at Port Blair-- Hashim, were very nice and polite. All the drivers, except one Avinash at Port blair, were very polite and prompt. Over n all, it was a pleasurable trip. One of the most wonderful places in India. Lush greenery and clear blue skies and water. Do scuba diving at Havelock and specifically in the morning times. Do not miss visiting the neil island at any cost. We included the same in our itinerary at the last moment and that was the best decision we ever made. Do not buy any stuff from Sagarika Emporium or such stores at Port blair, rather buy from beach shacks at Neil island. you get genuine aunthentic stuff at half the prices than port blair. also it helps the local people out there rather than big shops. The prices of the water sports activities are fixed more or else. You can haggle with them for some discount. If you buy bulk tickets, then you can get a discount. Sunset at Radhanagar beach is one of the most beautiful things you will ever seen.

However, the ferry Green ocean 2 that was provided from Havelock to Neil was in a poor condition with no ac, no proper seating and I had to travel with a kid around and she got very fussy..Regarding the drivers, the drivers in Havelock and Neil were always in a hurry. They just wanted to dump us somewhere and head to the next customer, also their driving was very fast..if we asked to slow down they would say “we have next customer and you were late “ (hardly late by max 10 mins)..which was not acceptable...On the contrary Arun who was our driver in port Blair was very polite and took care of our trip thoroughly and extremely well. Travel agent Amjad also organised the trip well except for the selection of Ferry - Green ocean 2 and it’s seating. Manoj who was the agent in Havelock also took care of us well and arranged a good scuba dive. Everything

was good with some minor glitches.

update that was one thing I face issue. And about the ferry I asked to book upper deck as I have infant but they booked in lower deck and it was uncomfortable to sit. And if we ask any change in the iterinary on fly , that was not taken care and if we want to visit we have to pay extra. These are few things kind of negative in our trip. Rest all looks fine. Thank you. Best memories is my kids enjoyed the trip to the core and elephant and kalapathar beach are very good and we had good time in both beach.

What time to be ready, what time is the pick up, which all places we are covering for the day, explained all the activities available in the beaches, drivers came to pick up exactly on time drivers were very kind, very professional and also was very helpful to my parents who.were aged.
