ups were bang on time, I loved the punctuality of the drivers and the on time pick ups and drops made it so muc easier and convenient for us. The cabs were very comfortable especially the private transfers, we got a huge cab. Made us feel like royalty!  The tour guides were very knowledgeable and understanding especially our old city tour guide Fatih, who was extremely patient. We had a difficult person in the tour group and he handled the situation very calmly. He took great pics as well. Our balloon ride was awesome and the pilot was great. The hotel in Istanbul had a great location and a huge terrace overlooking the city, a little small for a suite room but it was very comfortable. They cleaned the room daily and the staff was very polite and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay there thoroughly! Very good Turkish breakfast spread as well! The hotel amenities and cleanliness was amazing everywhere we went. We got great rooms with a view. The guided tours were great and the staff in Turkey organized and managed the trip well with most things and information provided in advance. They were available on whatsapp which was good. Now some of the things that we feel can be improved - The Princes Island Tour was mostly self guided and we realized that we could have just paid for the ferry and not taken the tour. The islands were beautiful but not something that needed a guided tour. The old city tour did not include Hagia Sophia tickets and we were told that guides were not allowed inside so, we'll have to go on our own. But this information is false and misleading, our tour group had 6 people and all of them went inside Hagia Sophia with the guide. We were the only ones whose ticket was not included in the group, it's an important landmark, I wish the tickets were included and we could have had a guided tour inside as well. The vouchers were not provided beforehand for the hammam and dervish show and there was a lot of confusion when we reached those places because the reservations were not in our names and we had to wait and get it confirmed from someone from the agency and that wasted a lot of time. Also, the Dervish show and hammam were not exactly within walking distance. We took a tram and it was 3 stations away, we would have missed it if we had decided to walk, no directions were provided as to how to get to those places. I understand that we had to go on our own but some bit of guidance in a new city would have helped. The tours were great but took us to some shopping places which were not needed and actually not part of the itinerary, feedback for the Turkey agency. Also, the Cappadoccia tour had a mainly spanish speaking population, so the guide was more focussed on them, we did not enjoy that tour a lot. There were a lot of people and language was an issue as well. Lastly, the hotel in Antalya had a great room with an awesome view. But it came at a price.. it was on the 5th floor where lift doesn't go, it only went till 4th Floor. We had to carry our luggage one floor up since they did not provide any help from the hotel to carry our luggage. To make matters worse, the room lock did not work.. we informed the reception but they didn't do anything about it. The next day we requested for a packed breakfast because our tour was early but they didn't do that as well citing timing as the reason. But we saw that the breakfast spread was already there and they could have made a quick box if they wanted.. not very happy with the staff hospitality in Antalya hotel, even though room view and location was amazing. Few issues with the local flight timings but we understand that that was unavoidable. Overall the trip was a memorable one and we enjoyed our time exploring a new country! Thank you.

He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. Highly recommend! He answered me in a very fast timely manner with all my questions and concerns I had. Planning my trip was a very smooth process because of Sumitji of Snowdoya. He is very knowledgeable and has taken care of each and every request promptly and efficiently.

e process, the team was very helpful, especially the cab drivers. We understand travelling with a big group can be intimidating but from the hotel staff to especially the drivers, they were all very patient, kind. We stayed at Swiss Belhotel Tuban and Pondok Sebatu Villa. The pre-trip coordination also went smoothly without major hiccups. Cons: We did think that the plan could have been made in a way where either we stayed at the second villa a bit longer or we could have stayed at the original hotel because the trip to the villa at night and the long drive to the airport could have been avoided as well as the expenses of staying in the villa. We would have loved to learn about the Balinese culture more which is why we were asking the driver questions but it was a bit difficult to communicate so we could not learn about the culture, the different things that we saw on the road and we wanted to learn about to anyone. Probably a guide would have been quite helpful in this place since as a foreign tourist, you want to learn about the local customs as well, right? Overall it was quite a good trip and we will definitely cherish it for the rest of our lives.
