They clearly said that they will provide me visa in Delhi only and I need to give my documents to their person. That's it. In reality, my documents was handed over and I confirmed about anything else you required please let me know as I will be out of city. Funseasonal person has shown me full confidence that nothing is required, you don't worry sir. But in reality I have to submit almost every documents again and that is on different daya. The argument was given from funseasonal people that this is government process we cannot help in it. I simply asked why the same response was not giving when you committed that sir you need to relax only, we will do everything. Later visa get delayed and unethical words were also used from some of the funseasonal agents, though later, they apologized. I thought that this is it. And I will get full cooperation of funseasonal people on trip. 2. Later I was expecting my visa at airport. As I was out of city and my marriage was going on at the time of visa arrival. As a good gesture funseasonal people could do the same as our last experience together was not good. But I got a blunt no. I was little shocked but I understood that this is not their responsibility, let it go this time. On trip, they will be supported. 3. One thing consistently happened that I have to initiate follow up for everything brouchers, tickets and visa after I made first payment. Also, this was not expected from any travel agency. 4. Now, last but not the least.. on my first day of trip I got to know that the boatmen and other people on beach are on strike (from the Thai travel agent, later funseasonal transferred their project to plan our visit to other agent) when I called to funseasonal team for the same.. they asked me to call other agent in Thailand. How can an agency ask me to call other if there is any alterations in plan, this must be communicated from them only. But here is entirely different case. In mid of talking almost 7-8 people (belong to different agencies) I got an answer from funseasonal that now we are not responsible, only thiland contact can tell you what to do. This time I was totally shocked for a moment. I mean when you took payment and you explained the whole package how can you say this statement. 5. Later, my third day in karabi which included 4 island trip and lunch for both of us was not provided to us and not even the replacement of it. Also, there was no money return to us. And despite my consistent follow up on what's app, my msg was read and no response was given. I am very much thankful to the Thailand travel agent that they gave their best to make communication clear all the time. Also, other travel agent (mr vikky) who informed that their contract of puket to take care of us is cancelled. Their gesture towards client is awesome. Funseasonal you need to rethink on every points for running a business which includes hospitality. Views are personal totally. Thanks.
