The booking experience was good but majority of the things except for the hotel didn't went well. We were stuck in traffic because of Kanwar Yatra and the driver confessed that the agency knew ab...
out it and he had informed them. We had to take routes that were completely not safe and the driver wasn't professional. Denied sightseeing on the other day and asked us to visit all the places on our own except for Kempty Fall. Trip Sailor had promised inclusions of 2 breakfasts and a dinner but I was charged 900/- the other day for breakfast. I hope Travel Triangle gets into it and makes them accountable such that they don't spoil someone else's holiday. Unlikely to book with Travel Triangle again.
