y humble and helpful. only for that i have given three stars to cab and driver. in hevelock my guide Mr amit was not mature enough. He was not punctual at all. and in neil i am told by mr tapan that i can contact mr viswajeet for any help. and by now when my trip has ended i still dont know who is mr viswajeet. I am not saying that the trip was not good.it was good but i am pointing out the things that should be better. In havelock and neil after dropping in macrooz check in centre the driver immideately went away without guided us that where the check in is going on or where should i go after check in. In neil it was raining that time when i reached their for check in but the cab driver didnt offer me any help. With heavy luggage it was very tough for us to do all the things there. Other agencies guide like make my trip, yatra was there to help their client. So this is a big lapse in your service. Your job does not end by booking hotel rooms and provide cab for sight seeing. In your job proper guidance and help in all the places like maccruz check in centre and in hotel untill the room got alloted also included. Mr Tapan was humble and good person but it is not sufficient if you not offer help in tough conditions like in rainy days . Service quality is a big concern for you guys. Improve it. And last word. Thanks to Mr Ajay my cab driver cum guide in portblair.Andmaan is a beautiful place and a memorable trip for me. Scuba diving is a life time experience. Do it.

However, the ferry Green ocean 2 that was provided from Havelock to Neil was in a poor condition with no ac, no proper seating and I had to travel with a kid around and she got very fussy..Regarding the drivers, the drivers in Havelock and Neil were always in a hurry. They just wanted to dump us somewhere and head to the next customer, also their driving was very fast..if we asked to slow down they would say “we have next customer and you were late “ (hardly late by max 10 mins)..which was not acceptable...On the contrary Arun who was our driver in port Blair was very polite and took care of our trip thoroughly and extremely well. Travel agent Amjad also organised the trip well except for the selection of Ferry - Green ocean 2 and it’s seating. Manoj who was the agent in Havelock also took care of us well and arranged a good scuba dive. Everything

was good with some minor glitches.

update that was one thing I face issue. And about the ferry I asked to book upper deck as I have infant but they booked in lower deck and it was uncomfortable to sit. And if we ask any change in the iterinary on fly , that was not taken care and if we want to visit we have to pay extra. These are few things kind of negative in our trip. Rest all looks fine. Thank you. Best memories is my kids enjoyed the trip to the core and elephant and kalapathar beach are very good and we had good time in both beach.

What time to be ready, what time is the pick up, which all places we are covering for the day, explained all the activities available in the beaches, drivers came to pick up exactly on time drivers were very kind, very professional and also was very helpful to my parents who.were aged.
