heck in till 2pm. It was told to us that early check in will be included but we understood the hotel policy and decided to wait till 2pm. The sad part was that the hotel had no place to even relax and sit till the check in. But some how we managed. After the checkin we decided to freshen up for the night safari.(the hotel rooms are too small and they provide the same breakfast menu everyday. We got bored of eating the same thing for 5 days.)In the evening, a driver called Johny Boy came to pick us up around 5.30pm even though the pick up was supposed to happen at 5. But again we understood. This driver was talking non stop till he dropped us to night safari at 7.30( we were supposed to get a drop at 7). Again we understood. This guy told us that he would pick us up at 9.30 but because we were late we could not catch the shows on time so we ended up watching the next show. I told this guy that because he picked us up late we will be free by 10.30 and he should come late. He did not even reply to my messages. So i thought to calling hi around 10.15pm and i was shocked to know that he had left us at the safari. I coordinated with Mr. Raj and Even Raj understood because the cab was done on private basis. But this driver johny Boy and Raymond(coordinator of drivers in Singapore) were so rude and did not even empathazied with us. Eventually we had to take a Bus that costed around Rs.1400. I even had called Vaishali from Travel Triangle and told her the whole situation but she was of no help at all. Its strange that she didnt even bother to call me till now and ask if things were sort out. Anyway, Raj has been very cooperative and helpful. He must have talked with Mr. Raymond and the drivers from the next day onwards were wonderful. The rest of the journey was amazingly planned. Apart from the Johny Boy incident everything was great. A small Tip: Please go for Indian Drivers only. P.S- The hotel was far from the city and therefore we faced a lot of problems for food. No food around Macpherson. Please go for hotels in the city or near Little India. Also in my opinion i found problem of racisim during the whole journey. People dont value Indians and that really humiliating and sad. Its just not me but that what a friend also felt who was in Singapore at the same time. But Raj is a superb agent in all. Thanks to him!!!

It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

He even got our hotel room upgraded and our tour to Eiffel Tower from level two to top level in existing package. Their VISA team also provided full support in visa filling and the entire process.
