locations covered by you are pretty good with the genuine amount, but as far as the hotel and security point of view is concerned we are highly dissatisfied. There were 4 hotel locations in our itinerary, Hotel Blue haze Munnar, Hotel Seasons Thekkady, Houseboat Allappey and Neelkanta Hotel Kovalum. In the first step itself when our driver dropped us at Hotel Blue haze they provide us a room where the curtains were torn and window lock was broken, we waited for around1: 30 hour to explain everything to you to Neha to manager of blue haze and many more people even we made a video too and circulate it your respective executive to explain the situation and security which is concerned with the same. After making almost 30 calls finally Neha agreed to shift us to some other room.She has been supportive of us. House boat Alleppey read the itinerary once, you will feel that might you are going to have a delicious cuisine and very nice moments with your better half, but let me tell you the truth you will get a basic food which you can prepare at home too. As far As nice moments is concerned cake, which was a plum cake handed out to us like we are purchasing it from a bakery, candle light dinner where you will find lots of mosquitoes with lizards to have dinner with you. An amazing moment was you can not even walk because your boat will make a noise even if you put a step out of your bed to go to the washroom. How can someone even imagine for anything with 2 people around you in the same boat next to your room. Then again at the last step Neelkanata hotel, the location was amazing, but staff straight away said that they don’t have any confirmation of our stay with them let it be about seaside view room. Bingo! Isn't It. Again wasted 2 hr when we were dead tired and hungry. Again dialed calls from one executive to another. Don’t know what the hell was that. Anyways, we were there to enjoy and we did so because we were not ready to spoil our trip for which have spent our earnings. Thanks for your effort in booking hotels.

House boat stay with food is good but weather is too hot so better to travel Allepey house boat stay bw November mid to January. ertiga cab alone ac was not working properly so we couldn't get Ac air in 2nd and 3rd row. arrived the railway station early morning 2.30 but your cab arrived at 8 am. We were new that place. So that time some collapsed happen for us. Otherwise the driver and the trip all was nice. You booked the hotel room for us i munnar that also a little bit disappointed. That hotel has no proper chef. We ordered a food at 8.pm but food came at 10.pm and food was also not that much better.

Allepey houseboat was a unique experience for water cruise and overnight staying in the boat, but somewhat subpar in terms of absence of glitz, paucity of dining options, saltwater supply in bathrooms etc. Do not wish that this feedback be passed to houseboat operators, it is what it is and traveller should understand what they are getting into, that is look beyond how it is marketed. Need to appreciate that after buying the package, not an extra penny was asked anywhere. Do not sleep during the drives from Kochi to Munnar, to Thekkady, to Allepey- or you will miss beautiful forest and mountain scenery!
