Satyaveerji ensured that irrespective of the time of the day, his response was always immediate on whatsapp for any queries or concerns during the Trip and this helped to remain relaxed in a land where there are basic communication issues. The Hotels & rooms provided were clean. Location was spot on, with proximity to other places. The Transport was quite good. Timings were well maintained. Next day plan was shared previous night with full details to avoid any room for confusion. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our Trip and i would give full marks to Clipago, mainly due to their planning, communication, transparency & execution.

We did not have a proper worth of the money paid in coral islands and phi phi islands (the agent in phi phi Island tour was rude). Not best of experience in the activities on the islands. Probably changing the partnering agencies will give a better experience. Bangkok: The first thing that put us off was the hotel. Not the one worthy of meeting 4 star hotel standards.we found cockroaches in the room. And the transfers were not on time which made us hurry up and run around in the safari world. Also, we missed major attractions and in the open zoo our cab driver did not stop near the animals where others vehicles took ample time to watch and take photos, our driver was busy over taking other vehicles and dropping us back to the hotel. Even the food organisation and the food was not at all good. Just a suggestion Since we are new to the country we won't be aware of local places please try to suggest the travellers so that they can have the best traveling experience. Overall **** for Phuket and Pattaya. *** for Bangkok.
