He was our travel consultant and made this entire experience truly unforgettable. We had a complex itinerary in mind, including a visit to Mount Ijen (Blue Fire) in Java, which most other travel agencies were unable to arrange. Shashank, however, made it happen effortlessly, and the entire experience was absolutely breathtaking! One of the highlights of our trip was exploring North Bali, a part of the island that is often overlooked by tourists who mainly visit the south. North Bali is a hidden gem with beautiful landscapes, fewer crowds, and it turned out to be an even better experience for us! We also went snorkeling in Menjangan, which was truly incredible—a must-do for anyone visiting Bali. We explored some of Bali's most beautiful waterfalls, and the stays were carefully selected to suit our preferences—we didn’t want high-end restaurants or extravagant hotels, and Shashank worked closely with us to reduce the total quotation by choosing comfortable, decent accommodations that fit our budget. This level of flexibility and care was really appreciated. Additionally, we were able to find great vegetarian food throughout Bali, which was a huge relief for us. The driver provided by the agency was also fantastic—super friendly, flexible with our plans, and always punctual. Raunak included almost all those in our itinerary, booked fantastic hotels, and made great arrangements. He had informed the hotels beforehand that it was our honeymoon and so we got cute little surprises in some of the hotels. He also arranged our visas on time, gave phone numbers to coordinate with for hotels/sight-seeing/cabs (we didn't need it because everything was smooth and prompt), and also helped us book our flight tickets. He was available to clarify our doubts. This was a wonderful vacation for us, all thanks to Travel Triangle!

y, we were charged for parking and tolls at some locations that weren’t mentioned in the itinerary, and the driver took longer routes to avoid tolls, which resulted in us missing a few planned stops. The Mysore hotel was excellent, offering a pleasant stay, but the Ooty hotel was just average. While the trip wasn’t a disaster, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. It was acceptable, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
