However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative. et to carry Shower gel, tooth brush etc. and warm clothes as they only provide a soap and Shampoo pouch and heater only from 7 to 10 and few hours in morning otherwise u have to manage with blankets. The driver Nasir was good in nature, apart from few hicups all was great and accomodating reporting to his boss every small thing .. our Tour guide Ms. Rida was always supportive, guiding us and always atttentive to our cause, even on sunday and one day where she needed to intensively communicate with transporter. We are satisfied with the response time and the services. However she did nt fulfill her promise of complimentary honeymoon package (Just a cake though) may be due to christmas eve. 1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

The RoadToTrip agent - Pankaj Giri was very helpful and available when needed but, contacting him at every location was not feasible. The hotel and cab arrangements were well-managed.

The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight.The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable. tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the necessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.
