It was a wonderful, memorable trip. The support and services we received from our Shubham . Our agent shubham was incredibly patient, answering all our questions with grace and interest. He and his partner prashant are extremely knowledgeable about travel to Turkey. We were so impressed with the services on the ground. We believe they assigned their best guides to us, since each of them went out of their way to please us. Turkey is a multi-faceted country with a rich history, and we all came away knowing so much more about it than we imagined. All of the services were well coordinated, including the four intra-Turkey flights we took. All transitions went as smoothly as possible. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who was interested in traveling to Turkey! Thank you again shubham sagar and prashant for such a great trip .

One of the first things someone looks for while hiring an agent is TRUST TRUTH AND SINCERITY. I must point say Prashant and Rohit from HUB HOLIDAYS went an extra mile to give us COMFORT, CONFIDENCE and COMMITMENT. An expert in their domain, helped us all along. asking for changes including the ones even during the trips! They were up for the challenge and went an extra mile even at 4 am in the morning. Our travel consultant Shubham did an amazing job matching our travel requests to our actual arrangements. He selected outstanding hotels, arranged personal tour guides Our trip was out of this world! My husband (!!) and I were traveling on our honeymoon, and this tour company took care of everything! After planning 1000 details for our wedding, it was amazing to go on the trip and just relax. Our trip was so impeccably planned that everyone we talked to was asking us for the information for each of the activities we did because they wanted to do them too!

The concept of travel triangle is pretty innovative and best for customers like us who prefer to follow fully customized itinerary than a pre-defined one. The team is great and routed us to the most suitable travel agents. We planned our holiday with hubholiday team and they provided good service. There was a couple of things which could be better from hubholiday team but the overall experience was nice.

Everything was nice and comfortable out there. Just couple of points I felt could have been better :- 1. Hotel Marina:- This Hotel is very poor hotel for us to stay. Hotel rooms were very small; they provided room with 2 single beds for a couple; toilets were very dirty; location of the hotel was bad. I think you should provide a better hotel going forward. Just to mention , hotels at Myconos and Santorini were the best! We enjoyed our stay there. 2. Local Transfers:- Please have the option to include local transfers- hotel to ferry and vice versa etc. This costed us a lot and a bit of hassle. 3. Delos Tour:- Inclusions say that it includes transfers/entry tickets however we were asked to pay 12Euro each for the entry. This could have been included in the overall cost to avoid confusion. Hotels at Myconos and Santorini were too good for the location.

It was a great experience with hub holiday team, they were always there to support whenever we needed, even during our travel in Greece...they have arranged our custom made tour to suit our interest....They have arranged a very good guide in Mykonos who helped us to understand the culture of Mykonos people very well...our Hotels were very good in Santorini and Mykonos with fabulous sea views, except the Athens Marina Hotel place was not that safe, otherwise the hotel was ok...I will definitely recommend Hub Holiday..Thank you so much Amit for the great support ... The whole trip was amazing, the best memories I will always have is Santorini and Mykonos island tour..the cities were so beautiful and the hotels(Leto and Dana Hotel) that our travel agent selected was awesome ..Cruise tour and Santorini Volcano Spring tour was very good...

One stop shop for all your travel needs. We booked our Europe tour for May 2019 with Hub holidays and had great experience. Their pre-sale and post-sale service are commendable which is a rare find in the travel industry. We were very happy with the post-sale experience as Yeeshu and Prashant were available 24/7 to address our queries while we were on our trip. Weekend and different time zone doesn't affect their prompt response time. For any fellow travellers our recommendation is print all the vouchers sent by Hub holidays, sequence it by date and time and itinerary, read them thoroughly and create your day tour agenda to enjoy the trip at the best. We have already recommended Hub holidays to or friend and they booked the tour before we were back from our tour. Thank you Prashant for addressing our queries at odd hours too...
