Hotel Greenland Delsol Resort was pathetic. Dirty room, Dirty water, Bad food. The staff was arrogant. They themselves decided not to serve the food in room after taking the order. and we were waiting for food to come for around 2 hrs !

We had a wonderful time on our recent vacation with our travel agency to Leh-Ladakh. The Land of Buddhism is amazing. Those tribals really knew how to build. we moved to Nubra valley. We spent two days exploring the Greenland of Ladakh. It was a pleasure getting to know our guides cum driver Mr. iqbal and their culture. They took us to several villages, sand dunes, monasteries. There we stayed in cottage and had wonderful experience of riding the double hump camel. We explored local culture, people, the flora and the fauna. The staff in hotels saw to our every need. The food was delicious, the beds and washroom was spotless, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Our travel agency made sure we were taken care of and had a wonderful trip. Special thanks to Priyanka who stayed in contact with us round the clock. I will recommend your services to everyone

the only reason why travel agent service I have rated bad is when I asked for change of drop location from Aluva to Cochin airport Meenu said it will cost 1500 rupees extra.. when I checked from my hotel to Aluva was 92km and from my hotel to the airport also 92km so why the hell was she asking for 1500 extra?? I mean seriously?? I wanted to take it up with her supervisor but I let it be.. the travel agent Meenu from shoes on loose is the worst agent.. she didn't even call to inquire how the trip was going.. all in all bad experience with the agent not the agency as whole.. the hotel was okay.. but the agent had booked the worst possible room for us.. we were on the ground floor and wasn't up to the expectation the driver was exceptional.. he was regularly educating us on what to do and which places to attend. he knew the roads very well.. best thing was visiting Greenland park..

The trip to Srinagar - Leh - Manali was the best 10 days of our life. The unforgettable memories of this trip would remain forever in our heart. Thanks to Sareer Travel for helping us arrange this amazing trip and making it a success without much hiccups. Zahid also helped us with his local contacts to negotiate and get the best services at the most reasonable costs. - Thirdly, really thankful to the kitchen staff at Hotel Greenland in Kargil for serving us food at 12 in the night with smiling faces. For some reason, we reached Kargil at midnight but the hotel staff made sure that we don't have to sleep empty stomach. - Last and most importantly, I would like to thank our driver in Leh, Sonamji - he is the best driver guide I have ever met. He is a best human being I have met on this trip and a really a proud Ladakhi !! I would surely recommend Leh travelers to get in touch with Sareer travels. Thanks to the team.. Overall it was a good experience. There are few things which needs to be improved. Few hotels were good and few of them were not. Hotel Greenland in Kargil was good but their food was horrible. One of my friend got very sick after eating their food. Hotel Castle in Srinagar was okay type and their food was also okay. It okay for one night stay not more than that. Hotel Greenland was good but their food was horrible. Hotel Arya was good in Leh. Rooms, service and food was good but their beds were not at all comfortable. Tiger Camp in Nubra was good and food was also good. Mystique Pangong camp in Pangong was okay . It was not great. Food was also okay. Hotel padma was also good and their food was also good. The best thing which we got was our cab driver Stanzin. He was very polite and kind. His driving skills are just awesome. One thing I would like to point is the food quality and bed quality of hotels. All hotels were clean and service was good. But few of them served good food like Hotel Arya. Hotel greenland really needs to work on their food quality. Thanks .
