We recently completed our trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, booked through Back2Holiday. Overall, the experience was very good and we had a smooth and enjoyable journey. Positive Highlights: • Our travel agent Himani was very supportive throughout the trip. She guided us well, provided clear informat
ion, and was always available whenever we needed help. • Shailendra, the team manager, was also extremely supportive at every point. Communication from the team was excellent. • The hotels, arrangements, and itinerary were well managed. We did not face any issues during our stay. • Overall coordination from the Back2Holiday team was appreciated and made our trip comfortable. One Concern: • On our last day, the cab driver was not supportive, which led us into a situation where an auto driver tried to overcharge us for city sightseeing. This was the only negative experience during the entire trip. Except for this one incident, everything else was very good. Thank you to the Back2Holiday team for making our trip memorable.
