nt tried to cut corners by providing inferior vehicle. Missed Baba Mandir in sightseeing scheduled items. Other places were done without problems basically due to decent driver/ owner of the vehicle.

Also, throughout my trip they were in constant touch with me , so that I Do not face Any trouble, regarding local sight seeing or cab facilities. kept insisting that slots were very limited and pushed us to book immediately by creating false urgency. The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating. Overall, trip was good and memorable but due to above issues trip was not 100% satisfactory. I hope this issues wont be repeated in the future Hotel and cab service was good

A very special mention goes to our driver RAVIKUMAR, who absolutely exceeded expectations. My parents could not stop praising him. He was incredibly courteous, patient, and kind, making sure they were comfortable at every step of the journey. He drove safely, helped them with luggage, guided them through sightseeing spots, and even went out of his way to accommodate their pace and needs. His warm attitude, respectful behavior, and genuine concern for their comfort made a huge difference to their overall experience. My parents said they would love to travel with him again, and I completely understand why. Drivers like him truly elevate the trip and bring peace of mind, especially when arranging travel for elders. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my parents. We will definitely be choosing your services again for future trips!

he driver who picked us up was unaware of our schedule, had no hotel details, and didn’t know the itinerary. The car provided was good, but the driver’s attitude was disappointing. He gave no suggestions or helpful advice about any of the sightseeing spots but was quite insistent about skipping certain places. He even asked us to book an Uber or Rapido to get to our hotel while returning from Pushkar, at the Delhi Jaipur Agra Crossing, because he needed to return there.I had specifically requested any sedan except a Dzire and reconfirmed this request just a day before the trip. Still, a Dzire was provided. Later, the travel agent informed me the vehicle could be changed from the second day, but I refused because I didn’t think it was fair to swap drivers after we had already been picked up from the railway station. The hotel services were good, food was delicious and location was very nice.
