A honeymoon at a serene beach destination is every man’s dream. Such was the case with Pritesh when he realized his dream of going for 5 night 6 days honeymoon holiday in Andaman to witness untouched natural beauty with his partner to begin a new phase in his life.
Andaman has been on my bucket list since my college days. Since then, I’ve always preferred to go on adventure trips in India. There were hardly any places in mainland India that I visited, combined both adventure and beauty as seamlessly as Andaman.
While I was searching for Andaman honeymoon packages, I came across the TravelTriangle website. I compared their package prices with other competitors and found that their flexible itineraries with attractive discounts are the best ones I can go for.

Top 5 islands to visit on honeymoon holiday in Andaman
The fascinating thing about Andaman that attracted me was that despite being in close proximity, every island has something unique and intriguing for its visitors. Therefore, on my honeymoon holiday in Andaman, we tried to cover as many islands as we could to get the full experience of the tropical heaven that is Andaman.
Family Trip To Andaman: A Mountain Girl & Her Girl Gang Venture Into The Land Of Beaches
1. South Andaman (Port Blair)
Our trip, like all the others in Andaman, began from the capital city of Port Blair. The city’s sightseeing places were filled with a stark reminder of the troubled past and the incredible resilience this island has shown in adversity.
Places to visit in Port Blair: Cellular Jail, Corbyn’s Cove, and Naval Marine Museum
2. Havelock Island
Home to probably one of the most scenic beaches in the world (Radhanagar Beach), Havelock Island was the first on the list of the islands we wanted to visit for our honeymoon holiday in Andaman. Indeed, when we had a chance seeing the island’s beauty first hand, we were completely blown away by its beauty.
Places to visit in Havelock: Radhanagar Beach, Elephant Beach, and Kalapathar Beach
Must-have experiences in Havelock: Snorkeling at Elephant Beach, Sunset at Radhanagar Beach, and Scuba Diving

3. Neil Island
On the third day of our honeymoon in Andaman, we traveled via ferry to Neil Island. The little-known island was probably overshadowed by its grand neighbor Havelock Island. However, we somehow found Neil Island to be more peaceful and serene due to the smaller amount of people visiting it. We found the island to be perfect for honeymooners who want to spend some time together with each other.
Places to visit in Neil Island: Natural Bridge, Laxmanpur Beach, and Bharatpur Beach
4. South Andaman (Chidiya Tapu)
On the fourth day of our honeymoon holiday in Andaman, we took a short day trip to Chidiya Tapu– a popular tourist spot 30 km away from Port Blair. While in Chidiya Tapu, we also visited the Biological Park which is home to many rare and endangered species of animals and birds. A good option for people like us who wanted a few day trips around Port Blair.

5. Red Skin Island
Also known as the gateway to the Mahatma Gandhi Marine Park, we visited Red Skin Island in the second of the fourth day. Over there, we saw many rare birds, untouched beaches, and a beautiful deposit of coral reefs (via glass-bottom boat). One thing I really liked about Red Skin Island was that didn’t let people carry plastic water bottles in an attempt to curb environmental pollution.
Must-have experience at Red Skin Island: Glass-bottom boat tour, trek up to Munda Pahar
When I look at the experience on our honeymoon holiday in Andaman, I couldn’t have realistically asked for a higher variety of experiences on this trip. My wife and I felt thoroughly engrossed and enchanted at every new island we visited in the Andamans.
Even then, as we met more people, we felt that there is so much more to see. Goes without saying that, Andaman is a magical place and I would most certainly come back to these magnificent islands with my lovely and supportive wife to explore the beautiful places we are still to see.
