Shilpa's 6 days trip to North East

Overall was a good experience. But we were given Day 1 as Kamakya Temple but as we landed from Bangalore. But we were informed that we can't as we had to go to kaziranga. May 9th was our flight back & we thought we will go that day. We just requested travel agent to just inform the driver & take us to kamakya & back to airport. But it never happened. The enthusiasm while taking the booking was not there till the tour ends. If this would have taken care I would have given excellent rating.

Vijay's 9 days trip to North East

I am sharing my feedback of the north east trip arranged by itvaar through Travel triangle here. Ours was a 9 day trip to Assam and Meghalaya covering Kaziranga, Guwahati, Shillong, Cherapunjee and Mawlynnong. To begin with the entire process of shortlisting the location, getting quotes, discussion and finalization of the final package on Travel triangle was very convenient and I would highly recommend them for anybody looking to have a great vacation. I had booked the trip with itvaar/Riefy and Poonam was my point of contact. She was absolutely fantastic in her support right through the trip. The promptness in responding, being flexible with options, suggesting and recommending good options considering we were travelling with small kids etc was perfectly handled by Poonam and I would rate her service (5/5) to be one of the best parts of the whole planning process. The schedule was very comfortable giving time at each place. The dedicated vehicle and driver were superb. The driver was very good and knew the places so well. He was patient and helpful. Our trip would not have been memorable without his support and flexibility. He dropped us at the police bazaar in Shillong for shopping and also picked us up where required. All of these were unplanned and decided by us which were accommodated without any fuss. Only feedback on the driver would be if he could tell us a little more about the places based on his experience which would have been icing on the cake. The hotels were all good. However we found some staff in Shillong Meera holiday villa a bit rude. Mawlynnong bamboo cottage was good but after reaching there we realized better options existed. Kaziranga was not a part of our original plan and Poonam helped us by adding it just 2 weeks before travel without any additional costs by managing the itinerary efficiently. All in all, a great memorable trip for us which will be cherished for a long long time. Thanks, Itvaar, Poonam, Ruben (driver) and travel triangle for a great trip. I would recommend them to anybody planning their trip to northeast.

It was a wonderful trip. well planned by ayushi. But we couldn't travel to lachen as no driver was ready to go. But lachung was open , though we couldn't go there also. It was raining and we got scared when we saw the bridge connecting to lachung. We got scared as our driver was also not comfortable in crossing that bridge. Overall it was good.
