Abhishek's 6 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

My recent tour of Sikkim was a pleasant experience overall. The natural beauty of the region is truly breathtaking — from the serene hills of Gangtok to the peaceful charm of Pelling and the stunning views of Tsomgo Lake. The cool weather in June offered a refreshing break from the heat elsewhere. While the itinerary was well-planned, a few aspects could have been better managed, such as cab services and travel coordination. Some places felt a bit rushed. That said, the warmth of the locals and the unique culture made up for the minor inconveniences. Sikkim is definitely worth visiting for nature lovers and those looking for a peaceful getaway. With a little more attention to logistics, the experience could easily be excellent.

Hassan's 5 days trip to North East

Travel agent was very nice and courteous. They were also available whenever needed. However, they were not as well coordinated as my earlier experiences with TravelTriangle. In every trip, driver was like the second tour guide. Driver and the travel agent would be in perfect sync WRT itinerary, hotels experience etc. In this trip, the driver had not met the agent even once. The same was true with hotels booked. They did not even recognize the travel agency name. As a side effect, we had several confusions including our pickup times, right places to visit on right days etc. I personally had to do sufficient research while on the trip to readjust plans, schedules etc. Another example is the last place we stayed in Tawang. While people were really nice and helpful. Agent did not seem to know that there were road closures and road repairs to reach this place from a month. We reaching there at night and struggling by ourselves to find this place was exhausting to say the least. I also expected better tour plan suggestions from the agent and alternatives. Looks like many things were taken for granted. Arunachal pradesh as a place is a beauty! Loved every place we visited. Struggled a bit with clean food options during road travels, especially we being vegetarian, but that was ignorable. Despite all this, it was a memorable trip and I will use TravelTriangle again, but will have to be more careful about agent's experience and involvement. Sachin's 5 days trip to North East

My Meghalaya trip is upto the mark and I really enjoyed it a lot, but I also had some bad experiences with the hotels and services agent. 1) Hotel phoenix residency shillong: stay at shillong hotel was good, breakfast is also good. 2) Hotel 7 sisters falls view inn, cherrapunji: I had very bad experiences with this hotel and service of travel agent here. This hotel lack basic amenities in the room and also very less options for the breakfast. Prior to booking I was offered cherrapunji holiday resort by the agent and after confirming we agreed to go with the cherrapunji holiday resort but after making payment the travel agent informed me that he cannot provide the cherrapunji holiday resort instead of this hotel he could provide 7 sisters falls view inn. I felt bad at that time but no other options left for me I had to stay in 7 sisters fall hotel which was quite pathetic in respect of basic amenities. *Travel agent booked the hotels at shillong and cherrapunji without breakfast but I paid the price for the hotels with breakfast. After knowing this I called travel agent and he assured me that hotel would provide breakfast. After reaching there hotel staff informed me that my rooms was booked without breakfast and after discussion with hotel staff and agent the breakfast was provided to me. This was very bad experience I had experience there. 3) Ka bri war, Dawki: hotel at dawki ka bri was was superb, I really enjoyed staying here, breakfast was awesome, view from hotels was mind-blowing.

Sunil's 6 days trip to North East

Although the overall experience was satisfactory, Royal view Resort at Cherrapunji was a big letdown. They need to be blacklisted by Travel Triangle, Unexplored Trip, other agencies as well as travellers as they're unhygienic, filthy, irresponsive & noisy. Mr Prashant Singh helped coordinate our trip well and Mr Iliyas, our taxi guy was just amazing. Keep up the good work but also tighten the loose ends please.

Abhijith's 7 days trip to Singapore

I had been to Singapore & Malaysia. I took the responsibility of booking hotels and flights. Mr.Raj from Goodwill planned well for other transfers and activities. But we missed few places while on the Singapore City tour because the fellow passengers did not maintain the time and the local guide was running out of time. In Sentosa Island ,lot of activities were included like luge, sky ride. Entry fee to sea aquarium, universal studios all were included. Totally it was very well planned and managed by Goodwill agency. I would like suggest it to my friends and colleagues.

Soniya's 1 days trip to North East

It was my first solo trip and I was little hesitant in going from one state to another all alone on a day’s trip. But Unexplored trip vendor from Travel Triangle assured me to be stress free. Their employee Sizra, quickly provided me customised itineraries whenever I asked for modifications in my plan. She was quite cooperative and followed up very well till my trip ended. Driver of the cab, Vikas, acted as a good guide and he made me see all the spots with positive attitude throughout the trip. Lake visit

Rajesh's 4 days trip to North East

I am Dr. Rajesh Kumar from Hyderabad, and I recently booked a family tour package to Meghalaya for 4 days through Unexplored Trip for a group of 10 adults and 9 children. The entire experience was extremely smooth, well-organized, and truly memorable. Our point of contact, Mr. Shashank, did a fantastic job in coordinating the trip from start to finish. He was highly professional, responsive, and ensured that all our requirements were taken care of with great attention to detail. (1)The hotels suggested by Unexplored Trip were excellent – well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with proper hygiene standards which was especially important as we were traveling with children.(2) The cab service was also very good – we had a spacious, clean vehicle and the driver was professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, covering beautiful destinations like Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, and Shillong, with enough flexibility to suit the needs of our large group.(3)Communication from Shashank was constant and reliable. He was available throughout the trip for any assistance we needed. Thanks to Shashank and the Unexplored Trip team, our Meghalaya tour became a truly enriching experience filled with beautiful memories. The level of service, care, and professionalism they provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend Unexplored Trip … Cherrapunji

Sanaj's 7 days trip to North East

One of the best experiences I could have asked for while travelling in a group. We were able to make memories on the go and the people were all helpful and cordial. Some of the hotels and infrastructure is still under development in this part of Arunachal, hence I had low expectations. Some places were exceptional in terms of hospitality while others were not. The Travel agent was however helpful and ready to serve. Trip to Bumla, Sela Pass and Dirang
