On day 1 we have got 2nd surprise that our complete journey driver was not able to reach udaipur due to some reasons but they already made plan B for the same, That's the capability they have and vehicle given was ertiga. In Udaipur we have booked Hotel Palash regency for two nights, It is avery good hotel and breakfast quality was also good. Back2holiday has covered all the sightseeing in your package but due to time constraints you will not able to visit all the places, I missed out Bagur ki haveli and Jagmandir. Places we manged to visit in two days Fateh Sagar Lake, Aquarium, Wax museam Saheliyo ki bari, Vintage car museum, City palace, Karni mata temple, Sajjangad and Jagdish temple. Driver suggested hotel for lunch and dinner as below Day 1 Shri Krishna Dal bati Day 2 56 Bhog In Udaipur driver taken us to local market where they don't bargain one jacket we purchased at 700 same jacket was available at 300 Gadi sar lake. 3rd day We started our journey towards Jaisalmer it was arround 600 kms from Udaipur that day we missed out night show of Gadisar lake and we directly reached Hotel Swan Haveli, This hotel is one of the worst hotel of all my hotel selection in this trip. We traveled 13 hrs and we wanted to take a rest after dinner but here surprise come, Their chef was on leave hence the restaurant was not taking order, Driver left us and went to guest house for rest. We need to take 15 mins walk for dinner. Day 4 Morning breakfast time was 8 am, But they started breakfast when we reach rooftop restaurant. Quality was average and options were limited to poha, alu paratha and breads. Then we visited Jaisalmer Fort, Driver suggested to take guide and we agreed. He helped us with history and sightseeing. Later he takes us to Hat bazar, we purchased one maharani saree at cost 1250 later same saree we found at 400 at Pushkar lake. We visited gadi sar lake after hat bazar. We skipped to visit Bada bagh and Jain Temple while traveling towards Dunes. Then we continued our journey towards Sam Sand dunes, we booked Juma camp for Jaisalmer 2nd day stay, Camp food and night cultural program was wonderful. Shailendra from back2holiday arranged a Desert safari in Thar at reasonal cost. We enjoyed Camel ride, ATV ride and sunset at Dunes. It was a wonderful evening. Day 5 Early morning we started journey towards Jodhpur, As per drivers plan we visited Jaisalmer war museum. In Jodhpur we visited a Jasvant Thada and Fort, Merangad Fort was supposed to close entry by 5 pm so quickly we visited jaswant thada. Later driver dropped us to hotel Kuchman Haveli. Then we took a auto a visited Ghanta Ghar, Janta sweets and Toorji ka kalra at our own cost of auto. Hotel and food quality was good. In Jodhpur we missed Mandore Garden due non availability of time. Day 6 Morning we visited Umaid Bhavan Palace and we started journey towards Pushkar, and visited a one and only Brahma Mandir in world. For night stay we reached Jaipur in Hotel Golden manor, Hotel was good but food quality was poor. I got terrible experience at restaurant. We ordered a Dal Khichadi for baby but there was Burning smell to it. Decided not eat and went to nearby outside hotel suggested by driver. Golden manor hotel is veg non veg restaurant. Day 7 It was raining in Jaipur. By the time we reach Amer fort rain stopped. We skipped Jaigarh fort as suggested by driver and visited Nahargar fort. Later we took lunch and visited a City palace, Jantar mantar, Hawa Mahal, Albert hall and Birla temple. Then driver dropped us to Jaipur airport. This all regarding my Rajasthan Trip, I thank to Trip Planner Ms. Priti Sharma to make it in my budget and making good arrangements. Tour manager Shailendra also in touch during all 7 day journey, I thank him also. Driver was good didn't exceed a speed limit of 80 km/hr in any cases which makes us our journey comfortable and safe. I traveled with my parents and our 2 yr old child. Etios car was old, Can arrange a good quality car is my suggestion. Jaisalmer Juma Camp and Sam Sand Dunes evening time.

Some of the services promised were either not delivered as expected or required repeated follow-ups, which took away from the enjoyment of the trip. As a traveler, I expect smoother planning and better support, especially for a multi-city tour. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of organization, responsiveness, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would advise future travelers to confirm all details very clearly before booking with MyTripLab.

Jampa Dubjur (JD) was our tour guide in this trip and Haapa Dorji was the driver accompanying us. They were kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They made sure we had a good time during the long drives! Following hotels were provided to us : 1. Phuentsholling : Hotel Legphel -> 2km away from the main town. The rooms were excellent, hygienic and food was pretty good too! 2. Thimphu : Hotel Takhtsang -> Located at the centre of the city, but the room was decent, however the food was good! 3. Punakha : Hotel Khurukhuru -> Located at the centre of the city. The rooms were great, hygienic and food was pretty good too! 4. Phobjika : Hotel Odiyana -> This hotel has a great view of the Phobjika valley. However, the room was pretty average. The food was pretty good(however, despite booking for a breakfast in advance. IT was over way early.) 5. Paro : Hotel Ratna Vara -> Located at the centre of the city, The rooms were excellent, hygienic and food was pretty good too! I had always heard that Bhutanese are very deep rooted to their culture and pretty genuine in keeping their tourist happy. JD, Dorji and Sharmila proved that it was true. If you’re planning for a trip to Bhutan, I would highly recommend to go with Green Zone Destination Tours! Tiger Nest hike and Hot Stone bath after a grueling hike was the best experience!

aid. Initially, we had chosen a sedan car, but due to congestion and the allocation of a vehicle that was more than 10 years old, we were advised to upgrade to an Ertiga at a higher cost. Unfortunately, the Ertiga provided had a CNG cylinder installed, which completely occupied the boot space. Additionally, the driver’s personal luggage was also kept inside the vehicle. As a result, all our bags had to be placed on top of the car, causing them to get dirty and wet, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. We also learned that 3D Vacations does not operate its own vehicles and instead arranges cars from third-party vendors. The drivers provided lacked proper knowledge of routes and tourist locations. They relied entirely on Google Maps and consistently preferred narrow internal roads instead of safer toll roads. Toll roads were taken only when we specifically requested them. Regarding accommodations, the hotels provided were located far outside city limits, with unclear and inconvenient routes. The drivers were unfamiliar with the hotel locations and repeatedly asked us to enter the destinations into Google Maps. Similarly, while visiting tourist places, the drivers did not know where to take us and frequently asked us to decide the locations and guide them via maps. Although your support team was responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them, the overall experience did not match the expectations set by the package price. We paid a premium amount but received substandard hotels and cab services, which was very disappointing. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your vehicle quality, driver training, hotel selection, and overall service standards for future customers. Sincerely, Sreekanth D

The Sada Pind in Amritsar is a must see. 6. The Science City in Kapurthala is the only thing that one could say is visitable, but not worth spending lakhs of rupees to travel all the way to visit. 7. Good shopping experience. What didn't go well - 1. There is really nothing to see in Kapurthala, and Patiala. As a trip advisor, Travels Town (or Travel Triangle) could have suggested me better tour options. Foe people like us who have never travelled to Punjab we can only do as much research to know what is famous as per google. But the trip advisors are expected to know the ground realities and suggest accordingly, otherwise they can't claim themselves to be trip advisors. 2. The hotel in Patiala was changed at the 11th hour, and I have been almost forced to make a choice. The new hotel "Eqbal Inn" was pathetic, awful, unhygienic, with poorest of the poor service. There were cockroaches, bed bugs roaming in the room, and furniture with termites disturbing throughout night. Besides there was no staff to even ship my luggage (when requested, the hotel staff bluntly said we can't help). 3. There is really really nothing to see in Patiala (except for the Kali Mata temple which one can visit if they are on pilgrimage). We have been taken to a place called Seesh Mahal which was like graveyard. People have peed and stooled all over the campus, and as a result we can't stay there even for 10 min.
