Had good experience, every things are planned in good manner except Langkawi Island Tour. all pickup and drops are on time and the representatives are present with our name plates. Overall recommended. we have booked all transfers and sightseeing of Penang, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur and Genting. Only Langkawi Full Day Round Island Tour was changed to Half Day City Tour(Which was disappointing) Otherwise this had good experience with M/s Travel Triangle and M/s Satguru Travels(Agent). Yes we will suggest for future travels ..

Overall it was a memorable and good tour thanks to Travel Triangle to help me getting connected to Satguru Holidays. Itinerary was prepared as per my requirement but some things were missed for which i requested specially. I requested for room decoration in both the hotels for very first day but that was not arranged. Also Parc Sovereign Albert Street didn't have complete details of my booking for which i had to talk to travel agent and send me booking confirmation with hotel. At one point Cab driver also caused us issue, he left us at hotel and went for city tour with other guest. Moreover he didn't inform us that he is leaving us, we kept on waiting for 45 min when i contacted local representative for what's the issue. Sentosa and Cruise have been memorable time. Do not ask for city tour, its waste. Nothing is covered by travel agents in city tour excpet for Merlion. Rather plan your city tour by yourself and cover Gardens by the Bay, Orchid Garden, National Museum, Merlion, Bugis Street, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Singapore Flyer. In name of city tour they take only to Singapore Flyer, Merlion & Chinatown.

Firstly great job done by sumith. Thanks for the good price quote by Satguru Holidays very reasonable and all the properties were five star. Our trip was for 5 nights and 6 days, two nights in lankawi at hotel bay view. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. They gave us early check-in and upgraded our room from hill view to sea view wch had a very beautiful view. And coming to the place mainly climate is very nice daily atleast for half an hour u'll have a rainfall. Places to visit are chanang beach most happening beach there u can find everything and it's open all the night. U can find many duty-free shops in the city it's very cheap compared to airport. It's best place for shopping in Malaysia. Third day we were transferred to kaula Lumpur and the hotel provided was Double tree by Hilton. This was a very huge property and our room was is 23rd floor and had a twin tower view wch was awesome. But they charged 15000 extra for that view for two nights. Kaula Lumpur is a concrete jungle lot of high rise buildings and lot of traffic jam in peak hrs . places to visit are The food street was very gud with all types of seafood,KLCC Tower, Kings Palace, Petronas towers(twin towers), and KLCC shopping mall wch is very huge and all international brands are available. There is a Chennai street where u can find Indian food. But very difficult for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good at Hilton. 5th day we were transferred to Genting Highlands, on the way we had a stop at murgan temple where there is a huge statue of Lord murgan. From there we went to hotel Awana this was also a five star hotel but it is very old, no wifi in room and no room service. (This hotel is suitable for senior citizens or honeymoon couples) After check in we went to Genting Highlands through cable car 3.5km in 20min wch was very gud experience. In Genting we went to first World (Indore theam park) food was not so great but cassino was very huge and it was nice. Next day evening we check out and back to India. Once again thanks a lot to travel triangle and satguru Holidays especially sumit for a memorable trip.

Overall its good... But according to itinerary things r different... We missed flyer... City tour few places dint cover... Driver dint wait nit even a min so we took our own cab n reached the place... And all the drivers drop us in little India... Not at hotel... So again we need to take a cab to our hotel... We cnt question them, if we do they tell us to talk to ur agent... They just leave us n go... Etc etc... So. Many issues we cme across... So agents please do take care of traveller's in good Condition... Make them. Happy n again we should come to u for a packages.. So its a request to travel agents be a part of our team too... Thank u

Firstly I feel that our trip was not properly planned and we expected Satguru Travels to suggest us more better itenary. Sadly I recieved my itenary only one day before my travel. And the itenary of travel triangle and the final itenary was very different. My personal experience is that If you are visiting only Malaysia,do give more time in LANGKAWI, CHENANG and CAMERON HIGHLANDS when compared to Kuala Lumpur city. for kuala lumpur only one full day is enough. Hotels provided were very good( Furama in kul and Bella vista in langkawi). Only food quality,price of food and food selection was not good. Cabs quality and drivers were very good on kuala lumpur,but in Langkawi driver attitude and coordinator was very bad.The agency in Langkawi WINLAND tours was not upto mark. I would like to appreciate Mr.Sumit for all his help and coordination and for upgrading our hotel room type in Kuala Lumpur. Pricing was also competitive. however we expected more itenary planning from his end and better coordination between his agency and Malaysian travel agency.

Satguru Travels organised a wonderful trip to Singapore. They coordinated very nicely and included as many attractions/places as possible in the itenary. Very well planned visit and they even stayed in touch with us while we were in Singapore, just to make sure everything was going fine. However the travels in Singapore named "Red Apple" travels who were responsible for pickup and drop were worst. Once they left the venue without counting how many people were there in the van, which left 2-3 couples stranded at the place. The drivers were rude and unapologetic. Every day the driver was changed and the name and number of the driver wasn't shared which led to a lot of miscommunication. They changed the timings on their own will. In Singapore every place you visit is memorable since it's such a beautiful country. The Lion city as they call it, has wonderful people and visiting this place was an amazing experience. Merlion park , Universal Studio, Sentosa island, Garden By the Bay etc are some of the best places to visit.

Excellent service from Satguru Holidays, Abhijeet from their team was very helpful and helped us plan a memorable trip. Highly recommended travel agents and will definitely use their services in the future. The four points by sheraton sheikh Zayed Road was a beautiful hotel in the heart of dubai with excellent view of the city, really enjoyed the stay with family, perfect for travelling with parents

Dubai trip was good. Travel agent Satguru and his team were very friendly and assisted us in all the ways possible. Trip was well planned and time was well managed. We even got sufficient time to explore the city by our self. Hotel Carlton Palace service could have been better as it was not meeting 5 star standards. Breakfast buffet was not that great. Rest over all we had an amazing time and enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Satguru Holidays and Travel Triangle team. Special thanks to Abhijit from Satguru who handle this so well.

The trip in overall sense was quite good but the services by the agent was very troublesome. I had to reach out again and again to get my vouchers after each payment. Even Travel Triangle could not help at fast. I had put multiple requests on Travel Triangle customer care to change my Trip Advisor but over the period of 2 months - my trip advisor remained the same. This was my first request at TT and this might be the last. Agent didn't know fully about the tickets he had booked. The drivers weren't punctual about the time in Dubai. The time when my family was late to get ready for the cab, the cab driver left the hotel without us and the agent didn't help. But when he got late, we had to wait for almost 40 mins for the cab. Agent didn't take any action on this. For Dhow Cruise, I was given a table on the ground floor of the cruise and not on the top floor of cruise - when there was no price difference in both the floors. Agent didn't put any extra effort to make my first international trip and first Travel Triangle request better. Keeping in mind the hassle I had to got to get each voucher and with no travel advice by the agent or TT, I won't rate this travel as good. It was just okay. Ferrari World rides were quite thrilling. Dubai city view from the top of Burj Khalifa was superb. Even the fountain show at Burj Khalifa. Loved the cruise and Safari camp.

1st Day Trip From Bangalore to Singapore , 1 .We reached Changi Airport at 4.30 am Local time but we waited in Airport for 3 hours to pick us and take to the Hotel. 2. We reached hotel at 8 am Local time and they were not ready to give Early check in as there is a Default check in at 2 pm - Whne you people know about the check in time is 2 pm in Singapore , why did you mention early check-in quotation or else you could have arrange a flight ticket according the Hotel check in time . 3. from 8 am to 2 pm we were just sitting in the reception area as no one is ready to ask us anything , we were tired and feeling sleepy and hungry also . 4th Day early morning from Changi to Malaysia - we reached Malaysia at 1 .15 pm and from there to hotel 3.30 pm , Driver came to pick us at 5.15 for City tour -- When it is already evening 5.15 pm , what is necessary of taking a City tour because each place Driver stopped only for 10 minutes --- We went to Malaysia to see place only for 10 minutes ?????????????????????????? When we went to KL tower they allowed us only till 1st floor and you people also took ticket till 1st floor -- Why is that KL tower show only will enjoy by going to top floor but you people said we have given voucher for all floor -- Next time onwards dont do this with other customers or else tel them clearly voucher is only till 1st floor if u want top floor ticket then you can purchase in reception area. For Night Dinner in Singapore - restaurants were toooooo far from the Hotel and we use to walk more then 2 km till hotel when we dont no anything in the new city but some we managed to reach hotel . except few things we were happy with the hospitality , pick and drop and the hotel everything was fine .
