Dear Mr. Steve Tran, Indo China Aspirations Co, Ltd. Thank you very much for your support and services during our recent trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. We have successfully returned to India today after the completion of our tour. The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. Overall the trip was amazing. Hotels were good and most of the time one way or close to destination. Cleanliness was great in most of the hotels. Food was good. The exceptional service and help was provided by cab driver, Mr. Joy. Very decent personality and most of his suggestions in sight seeing help to save time and explore more. His safr driving was noticeable, and helped to explore hassle-free. The only suggestion to Euphoria is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries. Thanks a lot Euphoria and Aloka Madam to make our North -East journey most memorable. Overall has nice experience. However, Bumala pass (India-China border, Tawang) was exceptional experience at minus 8°. Snow was falling, Everything were covered with snow. That was all amazing.

We had wonderful experience with travel triangle and Indo china travel agent for our Vietnam trip! We travelled with seniors, juniors n kids and had lovely trip.. since we were vegetarians we were told that we have very less options in Vietnam.. food was arranged in Indian restaurants and was really good..

Joanna from Indo China gave us the best deal. Trip was well planned and all arrangements were done as per itenary.

Since the beginning from the itinerary to the return all goes smooth. Indo china travel agency was very good. Specially Ms. Hyuen , she always there for help. Well there is a some concern about your guide and i addressed to her . Halong Bay was one of the best experience. The cruise was really good. And as a vegetarian they are giving so many options that we never complain about that.. very good experience.

I would Strongly Recommend "Unexplored Trip" for other travelers who are planning to visit "Sikkim/Gangtok/Darjeeling (East Sikkim) Overall,it’s a Wonderful Memorable Family Trip to East India enjoyed along with Family. I would like to give 4*s, as its well planned by Ms Ayushi Upadhyay (7007049801) & thanks to Mr Ajay Sonkar for helping in changing the Hotels at respective locations. Trip been very well executed by Mr. Satish Subba (9733283076/7908571918) @ Sikkim (Gangtok) & Mr.Ashal @ Darjeeling. Review of Gangtok Sightseeing/Darjeeling Sightseeing &Hotels: - 1.Hotel: -Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa, Gangtok-I would like to give 5*s for the Service & Hospitality. It’s very close to MG Marg.Also for seving delicious buffet breakfast & polite behavior of hotel staff. We explored various food options at MG Marg (Different types of Momos-Veg Momos/Chicken Momos/Thukpa/Thaipo/Jhol Momos/Peri Peri Momos/Fried Momos) & did shopping at Lal Bazaar. (Bought Winter Jackets& other items at very cheap rate). If you are interested to enjoy night life do visit After Dark Discotheque. 1.Gangtok Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr. Satish. Places to Visit:- --Ganesh Tok—Lord Ganesh Temple. --Hanuman Tok—Lord Hanuman Temple --Gonjang Monastery --Bakthankg Waterfall --Tashi View Point—Sunset View Point --Nathula Pass—India China Border. (Must Visit) --Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple(Must Visit) --Changu Lake.(Must Visit):-Enjoyed Ropeway ride 2.Hotel: -Hotel Himalayan Retreat, Darjeeling-I would like to give 3*s for Service& Hospitality. Its very close to Mall Road.Morning Breakfast options are limited.You only get Puri Bhaji/Poha/1 egg/1 Banana/Tea/Coffee/Juice.Same breakfast everyday.They charged extra 500INR per Night for Heater for bad quality-Ideally it should have been covered in room charges.Would suggest go for another hotel. We visited Glenary's— Bakery, Restaurant& Pub, and explored various food options @Mall Road. 2.Darjeeling Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr.Ashal & Mr.Jugal. Enjoyed Darjeeling Joy Ride. Places to Visit: - --Tiger Hill-Unfortunately couldn't visit due to bad weather. --Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple) --Tenzing Rock HMI --Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park --Batasia Loop --Ghoom Monastery --K SANG-NGAG CHOLING MONASTERY --Pine Tree Forest --Simana View point --Pashupati Temple & Market (India-Nepal Border)-Visited Temple & did shopping at Pashupati market. --Gopal Dhara Tea Estate-Bought variety to Tea Packets. --Mirik Lake:-Horse Riding/Boating. Last but not the least-Special thanks to Mr. Satish Subba for on time pickup & drop & guiding us through the journey & even suggested for good restaurants & places to gofor shopping. Our family trip from December 24th to 31st was a wonderful experience overall, with plenty of scenic beauty and memorable moments. Here's a summary of our trip: Gangtok Stay (Hotel Bella Casa): We stayed at Hotel Bella Casa in Gangtok, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The facilities and service could have been much better, which was a letdown. Darjeeling Stay (Jagjeet Yuma): Our stay at Jagjeet Yuma in Darjeeling was delightful. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy environment, with excellent service that enhanced our experience. Transportation and Drivers: The drivers throughout our journey were professional, and punctual. They navigated the challenging mountain roads skillfully and ensured a safe and smooth journey for our family. Sightseeing Highlights: In Gangtok, we visited beautiful spots like Nathual pass (China Border) , Namchi and Changu Lake. The transfer to Darjeeling included scenic stops and sightseeing. In Darjeeling, we loved exploring Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Mirik Lake, Pashupati Temple Nepal. Overall Experience: Despite some issues with the Gangtok accommodation, the trip as a whole was an amazing family experience. The stunning views, serene landscapes, and time spent together made it a journey we’ll always cherish.

Good services . Prompt reply. Driver was so good . Athough the hotel stay at kaziranga was not good , wouldn't recommend that hotel ,the other homestays were good. Sighting tiger at kaziranga, indo China border , waterfalls

This was good trip ...thanks to Yash Raghuvanshi of unexplored trip ..who arranged it pretty well .. There are many ... Specifically Nathula pass lf India China border ...the beautiful changu lake and ( ropeway) and Sunrise and Tiger hill was just mesmerizing...

First off, for those of you who have not visit Sri Lanka, you should make plans to do so. Despite my family and I having vacationed in places like Japan, Switzerland and China where the landscapes can be breathe taking, Sri Lanka's took us by surprise. It's a beautiful country with incredible natural beauty filled with picturesque mountains, rivers and lakes and a people who are friendly and helpful. The tourism industry though, is still in its infancy, and standard of service has some ways to go. Despite paying for top-end hotels, we were shocked to find that many of them do not even have air-conditioning in the rooms. Although we made a conscious decision to select our own hotels, the tour agency was not even aware of the lack of air-conditioning in those facilities and did not advise us on it. So although TravelTriangle was useful in recommending several tour agencies for us to secure proposals from, the agencies themselves do little more than just provide barebone service focused on pricing. You will have to do a lot more homework on your own if you want to ensure an enjoyable visit and avoid surprises.
