Kasauli Nature Inn - Overall Good infra and staff. The food was ok. Distance from Kasauli was more than 1hr. Hotel Aplin Hillden - Really and infra and rude staff. Torned bedsheets and dirty bedsheets. bathroom locks are broken. The food was tasteless. Distance from MallRoad was 20-25mins.

Hotels were pretty good. Food was nice at Kasauli exotica but there were issues with the heater during the stay. Even after multiple request for a good driver who has proper knowledge of the areas the assigned driver was not at all assitive or helpful. Ruined the Shimla trip. As per him there was no proper intimation by Tripsailor, not sure whom to blame.

Nice arrangements / trip organised by Traveltriangle. This trip was completely Value for money and fulfilled our hopes and expectations. It was worth every detail and investment of both time and finances. Yet scope of improvement is there in cab/driver section. Selections of hotel can be improve in shimla as location is very tough for aged person. Best memories of the trip are of Manali (Gulaba Pass) & Kasauli. Nice food arrangements at Shimla. I want to appreciate the Attitude of Hotel Dreamland Manali as they have arranged warm dinner on 1st day on late arrival (@12:30am) when the temperature was also low. Nice hospitality by hotel staff.

I really liked the efforts put by Vivek. He was available on call anytime during the journey. The hotels in Exotica and Shimla were excellent. The hotel staff were very co-operative. We did not like the Hotel Vintage in Manali because it was below average and had poor amenities. Only one staff named Hemraj who was very helpful and co-operative in Vintage. Initially the behaviour if driver was nice and kind but he showed his true colors at the end of trip. This was the bad part of journey where there was co-ordination failure between driver and his boss and travel agent.Driver was not ready to drive until his dues were cleared. Vivek tried his best and had sorted out things Best memories were in Manali. Solang Valley was amazing. It was first time in snow so everyone enjoyed it. We enjoyed river rafting in Kullu too. Kasauli was short and sweet. Shimla is not worth at all.
