The trip arrangements were very organized and nice. The hotel in Kuta could be better as there was no provision to keep suitcases and little congested. But over all the tour was very good. Thank you All the days were very memorable, but I loved the private villa arranged in Ubud and romantic dinner near the beach.

I had an excellent Bali trip organized by 'Taking Break Holidays.' Ramiz, our point of contact, was outstanding ,available 24x7---his advice and support made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Was little disappointed with the cramped room at Royal Regantris kuta but their breakfast was amazing . The itinerary was well-planned, with a great balance of activities and relaxation. I highly recommend 'Taking Break Holidays' for a hassle-free and memorable Bali experience. Shall need his service shortly again

The overall experience was very good. The hotels selected were good. We stayed in 3 hotels out of which Hotel Rama at Kuta and Hotel Desa Swan in Ubud were very good. But the stay in Ramada encore at Seminiyak was not good and their services are also not good. The Cab Drivers were punctual and knowledgeable and were part of the overall wonderful experience that we had. I really thank Travel triangle for being our travel partner in our international travel journey. The kechak dance at Ulluwatu temple was really exceptional.

I booked the travel through Kalpana tours and travels. Abhishek assisted in the best way possible. However we were not guided properly about purchase of sim card and money exchange in Bali. We ended up exchanging money as well as purchasing sim card at Bali airport. It was a little expensive than the city . The first hotel Crystal bay resort was a bad choice. Drainage stink all over the building, the hotel is old . The bathroom had terrible leakage. A plumber came and fixed . Only thing we liked it is that the bathroom was a little spacious and the balcony was there . Second hotel was Hotel Kana Kuta Loved this place . Clean, upto the mark, staff was amazing, swimming pool was clean. Food was good. The driver provided was polite and friendly. However he was a young boy probably new in the field. So any questions asked he would usually say I don't know. Atleast he was honest

Overall it was a great experience except for one hotel that is Kori Maharani Villas. For this hotel staff and services are good but the location is very secluded and if one wants to explore a bit outside the property there is nothing. I think before booking it the customer should be notified that is in secluded region. Other than that the driver, travel agent all were very supportive and made our experience great. Kuta Beach and Nusa Penida resort were the best memorable days.

The trip planned by Travel agent Sarika was good ,hotels were good but one hotel in Kuta Best western was not well maintained. Rest all things were really impressive, the itinerary and Desa swan hotel was impressive. Our driver Madi was very polite. Desa swan resorts was really beautiful, services impeccable , we regretted spending only 2 days there. Kecak dance and other activities were really enjoyed by us. Looking forward to more trips with you.

Hotel in Kuta was not as good as expected. Agent booked for three people, but, we had to pay for extra bedding for 1 person at hotel. Later, the agent even said he could not do anything in that. Seems like he had booked for two and already knew that once out of India, traveller will have to pay extra at location. Nusa Penida trip

Mr. Ramiz was the only one, out of many travel agents we approached, who bothered to understand our requirements and gave us a customized package. The financials were within our budget plus he was very helpful in organization intricate details for the trip. We flewed and arrived in Bali and we had a great welcome by their team. The driver we got there was superb and he was very cooperative. He even edited few things planned in the itinerary without creating ifs and buts. The hotels (Ramayana Resort Kuta) and (Suarti boutique) was very nice and comfortable. All in all a great memorable trip we had. Thanks Ramiz. Waterbom not to be missed
