spite full payment to the travel agent our check out was delayed as hotel was not paid. Driver drove recklessly in ghats causing motion sickness. The travel agent had no clue about booking at Wagah border and other trek details. Hotel DLS at Mcleodganj and Hotel Ark at Dalhousie were good.

two things made us uncomfortable 1. car driver suddenly asked for cash in starting of journey, while I was asked to pay whole amount online, that was not a big issue but it made me uncomfortable at that instant. 2. when we reached @hotel in khajiar it said there is no booking for that day, it was solved instantly when we called 1.5 billion inches. but for that instant, I was shocked but overall I had very good time so 5 star to all

s planned to check out from Khajjiar ( assuming 8 am) and reach Chandigarh ( to catch our onward train at 3 pm - intimated in advance) which was not practical because it takes 9-10hrs to reach Chandigarh from Khajjiar. Needless to say, travel coordinator was very proactive and responsive to all our queries / requests before and during the trip which contributed to our tension free holiday time. Hotel at Manali ( Tanglewood Villa) was excellent but other hotels ( Vakratunda in Mcleodgunj and Shining Star in Khajjiar) were only satisfactory with no wow factor. Driver was well behaved, expert in driving through the tough Himalayan terrains and was well aware of the routes involved in the itinerary. Paragliding and River rafting in Kullu. Drive through snowy valleys in Khajjiar - Dalhousie. Scenic beauty of the deodhar range of mountain in mcleodganj. Trip with shorter travel time ( in between places) could have been more relaxing and enjoyable.

ome the service was great. the hotel at mcleodganj hotel skylark was also good but room size was small &conjusted the bed was small in size as well but the service was good the food given by them was also good all over experience was great.

ngraded quality of room categorybalthough we opted for deluxe. The mattress were so pathetic that we have to sleep on floor somplete night and on requesting hotel we were told that we can't provide the mattress .. even they can't able to arrange for sleepers ...will not recommended ... Mcleodganj

sked me several times to pay him however he was supposed to get payment from our travel agent this thing really bothered me as I was travelling with my family. the next day we started over trip from mcleodganj to Dalhousie and our hotel was in banikhet which is almost 5 kilometres before Dalhousie. I was provided two rooms in the hotel named greenview, as per the trip plan but the hotel was under construction and there was not any single room furnished however I was given another room in the nearby hotel Grand Dalhousie. the rooms that were provided to us were good but the bad thing was that that just below the room there was a big Nala from there lot of foul smell was continuously coming to our rooms. And the worst thing of the trip planning was that the driver from second day onwards asked me for payment directly to him. He was supposed to start his journey from the early in the morning however on the third day he stated that without getting payment he won't go to khajjiar and forced me to talk to his boss and to travel agent and other superiors to settle this matter. All this all this poor management of the trip planner who you didn't pay to the driver wasted my valuable moments of the short period trip to Himachal. I was acting as an agent between driver his Bose travelling agent and the travel triangle. only for this purpose I didn't book directly on my own so that I can escape from all this management so I didn't knew that why did I book my holiday trip from travel triangle when I have to do all these messy things. And where are those welcome drinks is the trip plan you have provided me. And just I am just to say that there are very less chances that you will get what is written in your trip plan so better book on your own but for that at you should pre plan your holiday trip. The local peoples of Himachal Pradesh are very helpful. The most memorable moment of my trip is to be at khajjiar and enjoying the sunny and slightly cold weather.

hivam was also good, at last moment he suggested to change one hotel, which I believe correct decision when we saw the location of previous hotel. Overall it's a very satisfactory trip, I will give 9 out of 10. Only things I believe need to improve food quality and varieties in hotels, every next day their food menu was repeating. If we stay for there nights we have to eat same menu for two nights, same things I face for both the hotels in Dalhousie and Mcleodganj.

nt are really good Clarks Inn Suites was the best among all the three hotels. Driver, Mr. Kewal Kumar was nice person and his driving skill is very good. Travel Agent Ms. Shilpa is very nice and supported where need. But the hotel in McLeodganj, Sky Bhagsu was not good. It is like a guest house not like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small just like stores in houses. Even basic amenities are not available in rooms. Thanks to Ms. Shilpa, Travel Vichar and Travel Triangle for great experience.
