Agent was very kind and cooperative till the service was booked. Her phone's network issue increased as soon as the full payment was made. However she was coordinating well through whatsapp messages. All the cab drivers were well behaved. No issues at all on that side. Cruise rides were fantastic. No complaints to make. We have really enjoyed the trip. Everything on this trip was perfect except for the hygiene maintained on the "Blue Waves Beach Resort" on Havelock Island. Though the resort has a private beach but it does not have good cleanliness. The bedsheets were not clean, lot of mosquitos, food services was very bad. Other than poori/paratha & veg curry there was nothing available. Toilets were full of lizards and cockroaches. TV's were not working. Other hotels were really amazing. Services were fantastic.

The hotels and cab drivers were very good. Everything went smooth with them. However, the booking for our 2nd hotel was not done and resulted in a lot of inconvenience at 9pm. Also, booking for spa was not done properly and we wasted 1 hour of our time plus travel to figure out the booking was done 20kms away. Also, no clarity for the cab driver during our cruise. Fortunately the cruise was planned with an hour of buffer, else we would have missed it. We had to do a lot of follow ups for these 3 things. Rest of the things were good and planned.

Did not enjoy the hotel in phuket. The service was bad and breakfast was terrible. While the entire trip was planned well, the phi phi island tour was a downfall. It was badly planned and the end of the tours which was engaged. Also the travel agent did a good job of planning and coordinating with me but she was not clear about the cost break ups with me Enjoyed the tiger kingdom and the dolphin shown in phuket.

We recently completed a 5-day Bali trip with Take A Break Holiday, and it was a wonderful experience. Great experience! Travel agent Alisha guided us to best resort in maldives based on our use case!! We traveled with a baby and it was hassle free. Kuramathi was unexplored gem! Go for all inclusive if you want to have drinks on the island!!

Very nice trip and enjoyed well. Last day was okay as there was nothing much to see in port Blair in carbin cove beach instead this could be covered first day and 5th day we could plan chidiya tapu. But over all a very nice experience and everything was planned well. Anitha ajmera coordinated very well and she is very patient. A memorable trip thanks to travel triangle for organising and follow-ups. Best memories in Havlock and Neil beautiful place and photos have come out real good . Planned well

April 24-26- Itinerary- POSITIVE FEEDBACK The stay - Legian Paradiso - Prime location, heated pool, room service, shopping centre nearby. Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good April26-29- Itinerary- The stay- Bakung Villa, ubud - Located inside an artery road. Drivers find it difficult to locate the hotel during our check in date-26th April. Not much happening inside this sleepy village (but a PEACEFUL place). Restaurants closed by 9pm, villa kitchen close by 830pm last order. We are always in a hurry to reach Bakung stay by 7pm. Nearest market was 3.5 km away The property was not well maintained- broken door locks (repaired immediately after our complaint), unkept pools. SOMEHOW WE MANAGED The staff: at Bakung was helpful to arrange first aid quickly for my 4 YO son, we hurt himself in leg while playing POSITIVE: Expected single room villa, amazed by double bed duplex villa. 5-star for the surprise Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good.
