The hotel in Tawang is not up to the mark. The hotel room is too small for the Super Deluxe rate. The cab driver was not interested in showing all the destinations. The rate is too high. as per the program submitted. Food in the hotel is also not up to the mark . In all hotel hot water was a problem

Overall we had a very smooth and hastle free trip and enjoed the hornbill festival without any worries.

Overall our trip is satisfactory except the 02 hotels [Hotel Rituraj in Guwahati and Serene Resort]. As far as Hotel Rituraj is concerned, it is a worst Hotel with mosquitos in the room. Wash room is a third class without neatness. Cab and cab driver, provided are excellent. Mr. Tazmul Haque is an
excellent driver, very supportive and calm going.

Driver and organizer responded good. Hotels mentioned as complimentary breakfast but not provided. Even a stay at one of the hotels is pathetic especially Silvermist hotel. (No lift, No mosquito repellent, no proper service). Not even a single quality matching with 3 star hotel.

As I Visited Goa With my family The hotel provided by Bindas trip was far away for beaches, as I Already confirmed with Agent is this property near to Beach she said Yes, and I need to take Auto to reach the Beach every time. The South Goa CAB person was rude and having a Bad mouth. and also, he did
not cover many places mentioned in our itinerary and same follows for 2nd driver for North Goa he also skipped many placed from Itinerary.
The Water sport person has almost harassed us ki first call your agent to make payment otherwise we will not take you to sports activity. Even Our agent threatens to be cancelled the further trip if i don't pay them immediate. As I only asked them for few hours for pending payment due to some Bank server issues.

Overall experience was good for our sikkim trip.
All drivers were good and experienced and we felt safe on mountain roads of Sikkim because of them.
Only bad experience we had was in our Lachung hotel : Udaan Tashi Gakhil resort where there was no electricity whole night in chilling cold. But staf
f there was still good so no issue with their service.
Rapti from Sai tours and travels was also helpful and responded promptly to our queries and solved them on urgent basis.
Whole trip was Amazing and memorable but Zero point in North Sikkim was the highlight of whole journey. One must never skip North Sikkim while visiting Sikkim.
