The hotel was not up to the mark but the staff was very kind and helpful and the food very homely. The travel agent was always available to help.

We did the package with Turn on vacation Shimla, Kullu and Manali honestly they gave us such a nice package we didn't have any problem with anything they arranged the room for our stay very good food also they arranged very well, their staff behavior is very nice. We suggest everyone if you want to travel Himachal Pradesh, then you can travel with Turn on vacation.

Our package was well organised. The organiser booked bus tickets according to our convenience. Also allowed us to change our itinerary without much fuss. I recommend Turn on vacation for Manali trip..

Hotel can be a bit cleaner. Also, it was not clearly mentioned to us about hotel location and it was located in a very narrow street. We would’ve chosen other hotel if we had known this in advance

The Hotels of Manali were very satisfying but Shimla was totally frustrating though it tells it is family super delux but room was single and very congested. Overall trip was good with experienced driver. Enjoyed snow and river rafting with Family. Never imagined that with children we could enjoy rafting. It was very awesome moment for us.
