I agree the Arrangements were good but information is not passed on properly and promised for driver being available for any extra local trips but denied post start of trip … giving all reasons about driver working for hours now which should have been discussed and not agreed when requested for the driver to be available for local trips after the promised trips. All the hotel properties selected were very good and was as per our expectations. In terms of area of improvement, I would say the the Houseboat should have been better that this.
