Vietnam-Cambodia Family Packages

ry I had planned and then suggested thoughtful improvements, including using three hotels instead of two, while keeping the itinerary almost the same. She even managed hotel upgrades without making a significant difference to our overall budget. What impressed me most was that Joanna was available 24×7 throughout the trip. Whether it was a simple query or an unexpected situation, she was always just a message away and responded with incredible speed and ownership. Everything after reaching Phu Quoc was equally smooth—airport transfers, local assistance and even upgraded vehicles were perfectly arranged. The island tour was another highlight. Having professional photographers with us, along with drone photography, was such a wonderful surprise and gave us memories far beyond a regular island-hopping experience. And then came the biggest test on our last evening. We had no clarity about our “Kiss of the Sea” tickets even at 8:45 PM, with the show starting at 9 PM. Joanna immediately jumped in, coordinated everything and got us through the entry just in time. That moment truly showed how seriously she takes her clients. I am genuinely grateful to Joanna for the care, patience, availability and personal attention she gave us throughout the journey. She didn’t make us feel like just another booking—she made us feel looked after. Choosing Asia Luxury Travel was one of the best decisions we made for our Phu Quoc trip. Thank you, Joanna, for making our family holiday so smooth, stress-free and memorable. ❤️

e was comfortable after the room upgrade. However, the triple-sharing room could be improved, as its setup did not feel comparable to the Deluxe Twin room. It would be great if the triple-sharing option could have better arrangements to provide a more comfortable experience. All of our transfers and tours were well-organized and always on time. Every driver and guide we met was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the trip. A special thank you to tracy for going above and beyond when we needed assistance with a hospital visit. Your generosity, kindness, and support were truly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier for us. Bana hills, lantern town, chu chi tunnel, hanoi city tour

hings as per the plan. Only drawback which I faced in the entire trip was, we need to fill the VDAC when we enter Vietnam and this was not communicated to us earlier and due to which I need to wait in the long queue for clarifications with the Airport team and fill the form and get through the immigration, else all other things really went well. Also another improvement area which i need to give to travel agency is, please provide the tickets / cakes (in our case, my son's birthday Cake) on-time without we following up with the agency. Thanks again to Asia Luxury travels for arranging such a nice trip for our entire family.

ll balanced – covering beautiful destinations, cultural experiences, and enough leisure time to enjoy at our own pace. A special mention to the coordination team gracie and lacie from the local tean for being quick responsive and supportive throughout the journey. Everything ran on time, and we never had to worry about logistics, which made the trip truly relaxing. Vietnam itself was breathtaking – from vibrant cities to scenic landscapes most important food , this is the only problem for pure vegan people like me, rest all the things every moment was memorable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a stress-free and well-managed international trip. Looking forward to planning the next journey with the same team again.
